Tasman Holiday Parks - Denham Seaside

Near new amenities and breakout room. We used these to evade the wind and were very comfortable. Loved our time here, staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Spacious sites with move to move big caravans around. Fantastic ocean views but you’ll need to book early.

The caravan park is excellently located on the beach and walking distance to all the local pubs and shops. The sites are spacious and easily accessible. The nightly tariff is very reasonable. Lower amenities are dated but upper level ones are modern and well thought out. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend park.

Lovely park on the ocean front. Easy walk to shops, cafes and pub. Great camp kitchens and clean and tidy amenities. Some sites are a little tricky to get into. Only gave a 4 star as price per night is a bit over the top in comparison to other parks we’ve stayed in.

Great beach side site for our van, beautiful view, dogs could go for a run, walk into town easy. Abit overpriced for an unpowered site, and the ablutions block and camp kitchen could do with an upgrade and good clean. Our friends got put in the front entrance, seems like a money grab.

We loved the small town of Denham and this caravan park at the end of the main *****. The white shell grit underground was great for setting up our camper trailer. The staff are super friendly. The bathrooms are very clean and we were right on the beachfront with views of the boats. Hot water was good, easy walk along the foreshore and into town highly recommended

Do yourself a favour, and head straight to Monkey Mia. We had a terrible experience with this park. 1. We requested a quieter site if possible (we booked weeks in advance). We put in the extra notes that we had a young child who was going through a rough time sleeping so the quieter the better (for our sanity, and others). We were placed in a centre block with neighbours all round and the camp kitchen a stones throw away. 2. The sites aren’t flat, we had a decent incline to get into our site which made it impossible to remove our camper (we have a removable camper on our truck). We politely requested another site that would be more suitable to our camper and Bub, and we’re offered what was essentially a lane way directly beside the camp kitchen. This site wasn’t wide enough to set up an awning. More suitable to a bus if you don’t mind being touching distance from your neighbours. 3. After discussing that these sites weren’t suitable, we advised we would have to seek accomodation at the resort. We were informed that due to the amount of bookings they were unable to refund. I asked to split the difference and meet halfway, considering their site wasn’t suitable to remove our camper. Nothing. No apologies, no compassion. The gentleman on the buggy was nice enough, but the blonde haired receptionist was queen *****. 4. The park is not as advertised online. It’s a tiered system and a mission to get to the beach or into town. At least Monkey Mia is flat and nice and close to the beach.

Great holiday park have stayed for 30 days each year for the last 4 years but unfortunately did not book for next year as the powers to be Have decided to put long stays up to 35 days unfortunately we are not able to come for that long and could not afford normal price for 30 days, will miss our site green seven and our ocean views but have had to move to park on the hill we could afford Cheers Frank.

Excellent van park, facilities were clean, rubbish taken daily, which was a nice change. Beautiful views from our spot, thanks for a great stay

Fantastic campsite. Incredible views from our villa, especially in the afternoons watching sunset with a chilled drink. Wonderful helpful staff. Very clean bathrooms. Close to town and beautiful beaches. We loved our stay at Denham Seaside and will be back.
