I stayed here on a Saga holiday. The hotel was very clean and room was spacious with comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and hard working. Shower tap was a little temperamental and went from cold to near scalding without even touching it. I was on All Inclusive, food was plentiful and fresh with loads of choices, the hot food could have been warmer but there were microwaves around the dining room. The dining room was a little soulless and very noisy. Wine was drinkable. Hotel had predominantly Spanish clientele which suited me fine. There was a nearby bus stop but buses were only every two hours and taxis back from town difficult to obtain, it was walkable for anyone with good mobility. Swimming pool and surrounding area was small but well designed.

Es un hotel maravilloso para ir en familia, con una habitación amplia, buena comida y buen servicio. Maravilloso todo su equipo atendiendo siempre con una sonrisa. Tienes piscina, parque de bolas y colchonetas para los peques, una delicia. El equipo de animación encantador con mi peque y con nosotros. Sin duda con ganas de volver el año que viene.

Qué martirio de hotel! El servicio de todo incluido es una estafa, el agua en un vaso ni siquiera te dan una botella..etc podría decir mil cosas al respecto. Las zonas comunes, pequeñísimas para 700 personas alojadas en el hotel. La piscina pequeñísima, el agua sucia y masificada. El servicio de animación malísimo. Colas para acceder al comedor. En fin, un desastre. No suelo poner comentarios, pero este hotel lo merece, no vayáis no merece la pena. Se aprovechan de la alta demanda en agosto y ofrecen un servicio pésimo y carísimo para lo malo que es.

Para empezar si buscas un hotel para niños este es el adecuado,la animación es muy buena sobre todo quiero resaltar a rebeca que es un amor de chica siempre pendiente de los niños. La comida bastante buena calidad precio sobre todo la bollería es increíble lo blandita que está Recomiendo todo incluido ya que hay snack a todas horas La piscina climatizada y el jacuzzi están incluidos en el precio y está muy bien lo único que hay que reservar en recepción y traerse un gorro de casa Tiene una parte abajo donde hay sesiones de cine y karaoke La habitación bastante limpia lo único malo es la almohada que es como dormir en el suelo La ducha que te sale fría o caliente inmediatamente Es un hotel para no salir ya que las playas de los alrededores no son nada buenas hay muchísimas algas Repetiremos seguramente!!!

We stayed here 2 nights and also stayed in aster hotel in Calp. Both hotels were clean comfortable and food and staff were excellent.

We hadden ons erg verheugd op deze reis, speciaal een kamer met zeezicht geboekt. Nadat we de sleutel had gekregen, enthousiast naar boven gingen en de deur opendeden bleek dat we uitzicht hadden op het parkeerterrein. Geen zee te bekennen.
Wij terug naar de receptie en hotel was volgeboekt en geen enkele kamer met (gedeeltelijk) zeezicht of balkon verkrijgbaar.
Terug naar de kamer, dan maar onder de douche. Wc was vies, op de handdoek zaten haren van vorige gasten. Niet heel fris. Maar de tv werkte en verschillende Spaanse en Engelse zenders.
Entertainment was er ook, met iemand die redelijk kon zingen. Zwembad zag er leuk uit, vol met kinderen die de tijd van hun leven hadden.
Ontbijtzaal erg groot, maar was goed georganiseerd. Speciale plaats voor mensen met een verminderde mobiliteit.

Ottimo hotel, rapporto qualità prezzo ineguagliabile, struttura datata ma con ottimo comfort, unica pecca qualche coda al ristorante e zona piscine con spazio ridotto in relazione al numero di ospiti. Buona ristorazione!!
