Booked this hotel for a long/overnight layover. Was a lovely room: clean and comfortable. Club Lounge was nice with good food and drink selection. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Breakfast was overrated and really they need to pick the game. 70 AUD for cheap quality breakfast is waste of money. Come on Sheraton.

This is a very nice hotel, although the location is a bit remote. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Slightly disappointing was that there is only one airport shuttle a day from the hotel to the airport and none (apparently) from the airport to the hotel.

I use it sometimes when I want to relax comfortably.
First of all, the Sheraton Grand brand is the highest class hotel among Sheraton brands. ..I think it would be good to pay more attention to maintenance as the facilities are old, and the food in the club lounge is especially bad for the price.
It felt like a waste of money. During this visit, I was a little surprised that bottled water was not provided and a water purifier was installed.
Are you taking good care of your water purifier?

The room was nice with a view of Central Park.
However, I do not recommend visiting with a baby.
I don't know if it's the hotel's policy, but it's not a good condition for guests with babies. Even though the club lounge is a happy hour where babies are allowed in other hotels, babies are not allowed here (of course, no ribbing cocktails - these contain alcohol, so I understand. ) Takeout is available, but⦠Needs improvement!!
For breakfast in the morning, they put guests with babies in a room called Fine. If the baby makes any noise, the door is closed... I wonder if this is 5-star service...
They set up the highchair as it was with the broken footrest... (The Starbucks highchair on the 1st floor is much safer and better) The baby's bed is an iron bar with no protective guard... In the end, the baby had a bruise on his forehead, so I had to clean it up right away... And the humidifier wasn't in good condition... It stopped working in the middle, so I couldn't use it in the end... If it's a 5-star hotel, I think service needs to be improved to match that level.
