The decoration on the third floor of the hotel slightly affects the check-in experience. The soundproofing is average, and the floorboards can make a loud noise even when walking normally. It's not very cost-effective to pay for breakfast separately. It's best to book with breakfast.

Clean rooms with necessary and sufficient facilities, comfortable common facilities, and above all, convenience was good with a shopping mall including Bucky's nearby. Recommended!

We stayed her for one night because my son had a competition nearby. We arrived very late in the evening, check in was very convenient and having a small grocery store in the lobby with a self checkout kiosk was helpful (my kid was hungry but it was so late so having this option was great). Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The waitstaff service in the morning for breakfast was top notch! It was a great start to our day.

We received several phone calls on the land line. Each time we answered, no one said anything. We unplugged the phone.
The shower door did not completely close when we took a shower.
The walls seemed very thin. We heard alot of outside noise throughout the night and very early morning.
The bartender was very nice.
The lotion was great.

Room was not ready upon arrival. Staff was not friendly or accommodating. I had prepaid my stay, they charged me again. Then said it would take 5-7 days to show a credit back to my account. For something so easy to book online, it was an absolute debacle. Staff needs to be trained professionally.
