Have a great stays here. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is big enough for 2 persons and it was very clean.

Passing through Denver, choose Fairfield, which is very cost-effective. The weather is normal, the hotel is equipped with an indoor parking lot, but it costs an additional $10. Outdoor parking is slightly less. In other words, the room is clean and tidy, and there is a simple breakfast, which is okay.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service was shockingly bad. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in addressing any of the issues I brought up. Every interaction felt like I was inconveniencing them, and they lacked any basic sense of hospitality. As for the facilities, they were absolutely terrible. The room was outdated, dirty, and in need of serious. The bathroom shower tub combo didn’t drain. The advertised amenities were either broken or non-existent, and the overall atmosphere of the place felt run-down and neglected. To make matters worse, when I complained about the problems, I was met with indifference. There was no effort to remedy the situation, and it seemed like they just didn’t care. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. It’s a waste of money, and you’ll likely leave more stressed than when you arrived.

The hotel is old and run down. No fans in bathroom. Not one ice machine worked. Mediocre at best. Definitely wont stay there again. Area is somewhat sketchy. Charged $12/night for parking. Should just add it in the room rate. You have to park somewhere!

Lots of space in the room. Furniture is old and dated. A complete facelift would be helpful. Staff needs to be properly trained on how to be part of the service industry.

This was probably the nastiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
There was gross stuff everywhere

This is an older property, which is reflected in the price. Other than old decor, it is a good hotel with helpful staff and good breakfast.

Customer service at check in was mediocre. The girl seemed unenthusiastic and minimal conversation. It would have been nice to receive a print out of our reservation with all service fees etc.. Furthermore, we stayed on the 5th floor which felt kinda outdated and dull. However, the room was clean and had a nice setup. We did have a restful night. No loud noises, disturbing sounds, or questionable people which was a plus.
