Derby CC (Cathedral Quarter)

Staff was very friendly and room was clean with beautiful interior.

Exactly as it says, a good nights sleep, comfy beds, nice clean towels. Lovely touch to leave a little gift for the kids. Very well organised. An amazing breakfast was had by all 11 of us, plenty of choice for grown ups and the kids. Would definitely stay again.

Had a pleasant stay at the Cathedral Quarter, staff were plesent and friendly, the rooms were very clean and tidy, when we requested for a refresh it was done whilst out, breakfast was very good, what stood out for me was the main door into the bedroom the shutter control worked perfectly in shutting quietly and not banging shut as many Premier Inn places do.

I have stayed at this particular hotel many times. We use it to visit family and enjoy an early morning walk into town.

We were checked in quickly and efficiently by Suzzanne and then she was our waitress for our evening meal. She was so friendly, helpful & polite that it made our stay very enjoyable. We would be very happy to stay here again and would recommend it to others. Thank you.

We were welcomed at the check in desk There was a problem with several bookings which were supported and sorted in a professional manner Rooms clean and well furnished We had breakfast which was lovely having a good choice and all you can eat The clearing staff were efficient and professional the eating area was clean and well set out

Stayed here on my wedding night and they was friendly and accommodating they let me decorate the room with rose petals and was just really nice

We chose this hotel as it was near to the venue for our sons wedding and we were not disappointed.The staff were lovely the rooms were clean and comfortable and the food in the evening and at breakfast was excellent would definitely stay there again

This was the worst Premier Inn hotels that we’ve stayed in. We usually choose Premier Inn because we know that is clean and we don’t have any unpleasant surprises with them. But not this time. The curtain was ripped, the bin in the bathroom was rusted, there was mould around the taps, the carpet was dirty and had gum sicked on it in several places, the walls were dirty and the key to the door didn’t work properly. We had dinner at hotel’s restaurant in 2 nights and we had to wait half an hour for our food (which was good, nothing to complain there) even though the restaurant was empty. In one of the evenings they forgot on dish for one of our children and we had to wait another 20 minutes for his meal. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel
