Guest UserSetting up my home at the foot of the snowy mountains, living amidst the scenery – this hotel fulfilled all my fantasies for a snow mountain getaway. Opening the window, I was greeted by majestic snow-capped peaks, wreathed in clouds, like a fairyland. In the morning, I witnessed the golden glow of the sunrise on the mountains; in the evening, I quietly admired the sunset painting the snow. At night, I gazed up at the brilliant starry sky – every moment was so beautiful it left me speechless. The room had a wonderful texture, with warm-toned design elements incorporating Naxi style, making it both cozy and luxurious. The private hot spring tub melted away all my fatigue. The staff were gentle and enthusiastic, with meticulous service. Every day here felt slow and peaceful, accompanied by the snow mountains, healing and wonderful. It's definitely worth countless return visits!

Seriously, this place deserves more than 6 stars! ⭐️ This trip was full of delightful surprises.
Hidden halfway up the mountain, it's incredibly private and tranquil.
Service: Our dedicated butler, Yang Yang, was available 24/7. Any request was met with lightning-fast responses and incredibly efficient problem-solving. No excuses or hassles whatsoever. All reasonable requests were fulfilled immediately. She was warm, attentive, and felt just like a friend.
We had private car service up and down the mountain the entire time, making getting around completely stress-free. The room design was stunning, with a sophisticated Wabi-sabi aesthetic that was perfect for photos. The facilities were refined and comfortable, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly – just lying down was therapeutic. Opening the window revealed beautiful lake and mountain views; the whole experience was just fantastic!
The hotel environment is superb, clearly showing meticulous and thoughtful management.
The breakfast was also delicious, and the hotel activities were plentiful. The staff ladies were so gentle and kind; my child absolutely loved them. Although the price is on the higher side, it's genuinely worth every penny. It's already on my 'must-return' list! 💯

I stumbled upon this hotel on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) and decided to book it for my Lijiang trip. I never expected to experience such a high-quality and warm stay! Every aspect of the service, from accommodation to dining, was meticulous, making the entire trip incredibly comfortable.
The hotel is nestled in a quiet corner of the old town. What impressed me most was the professional chauffeur service for airport transfers. Everything was pre-arranged for my arrival and departure. The driver was steady and patient, drove smoothly, and proactively helped with luggage. He was also familiar with the local roads, which made me feel very secure traveling with my family. We didn't have to carry our suitcases over the uneven cobblestone streets; the butler thoughtfully met us and guided us. Upon check-in, they even recommended some highly-rated local eateries. The hotel's service was attentive yet discreet. From the owner to every staff member, everyone was warm and helpful without being intrusive. They promptly and appropriately handled all our requests, from itinerary planning to laundry and meal deliveries.
The breakfast was a genuine local treat, showcasing carefully selected, high-quality ingredients. On our second day, they even delivered breakfast directly to our room, allowing us to enjoy a lovely meal in comfort.
The room's furnishings were exquisite and spotless, with every small detail thoughtfully crafted. The comfortable bedding ensured we had exceptionally sound and sweet sleep. The little yak and thoughtful notes left during turndown service added a tender touch to our family trip.
In our free time, we also took our child to experience tea pressing and making 'Jiama' (a traditional Naxi handicraft, a UNESCO intangible cultural heritage). The comprehensive and attentive service, covering every aspect of our stay, wasn't about flashy marketing but about impressing travelers with genuine quality. This is a Lijiang residence our whole family will fondly remember.
When checking out today, the butler asked for our feedback. I sincerely hope that Kuanshang (the hotel's name) can maintain this level of meticulous and superior quality long-term. The next time I bring my family to Lijiang, I will undoubtedly choose this hotel again. I genuinely recommend it to families traveling to Lijiang!

JunziwukouhaoqiuThis hotel is perfectly situated at the entrance to Qiyi Street, south gate of Dayan Ancient Town. It's ideally located at the historical Tea Horse Road gateway into the city, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of Sifang Street.
My biggest impression is 'small yet beautiful'. Being small, it's a courtyard-style building nestled within the ancient town, avoiding the impersonal feel of larger hotels and allowing for more focus on the guest experience. Because it's integrated into the fabric of the old town, stepping out means encountering flagstone streets and Naxi life, while stepping in offers the privacy of a quiet courtyard. It's not some cold, mass-produced product; its unique character is something I really appreciate.
Indigo and the InterContinental across the street belong to the same group, so all facilities and resources are shared. You can freely access the InterContinental. If you get tired of Indigo's set breakfast, you can go to the InterContinental for their buffet, or even visit their lobby to see the 'Sunlight on Golden Mountain' view.
I've stayed in both the deluxe boutique room with a courtyard and the suite at Indigo, and I loved them both. The decor beautifully reflects Naxi and Tea Horse cultures, making them truly worth experiencing.
Last but not least, I must commend Manager Pu. He was incredibly responsive to every request, from helping with luggage to coordinating details, making us feel truly at home. You couldn't ask for more.
I look forward to returning 'home' again someday.

Voyage_8Booked a three-room private courtyard for our family. The view from the rooms is absolutely stunning. This hotel truly lives up to its 'mini-Aman' reputation, boasting a charming antique style and top-tier room amenities. There are also plenty of free DIY activities for kids to enjoy. I highly, highly, highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates a beautiful environment. The staff's service is also exceptional. Just a heads-up, the hotel is located inside the ancient town, so cars can't pull directly up to the entrance. However, the hotel staff will come out to help with luggage, and it's only a 5-6 minute walk, which isn't a problem at all. The hotel is just a two or three-minute walk from the Mu Family Mansion, truly in the heart of the ancient town. Thumbs up!

Guest UserFive-star recommendation for the Lijiang Kaichen Hotel! The rooms are fully equipped with smart devices, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The hotel offers comprehensive amenities like a gym and a scenic garden. It's very close to the ancient town, yet the surroundings are quiet. The service is meticulous, making our trip extra comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and all the service was enthusiastic. Definitely worth another visit!

BaobofanI booked a designer hotel right by the lake in Daluoshui Village this time. The butler contacted me in advance to arrange my check-in, and there was a dedicated car to pick me up from the entrance of Daluoshui Village.
The hotel is very new, the room had no strange odors, and the amenities were quite comprehensive. The butler, Zhaxi Yangge, provided warm and thoughtful service, and even gave me a souvenir when I left.
P.S. The scenery was incredible all three days I was here, and coupled with the hotel's exceptional service, this trip to Lugu Lake was absolutely worth it!

If you're visiting Lijiang's Shuhe Ancient Town, you absolutely cannot miss the amazing Guanxin Inn! The environment here is beautiful, with lush greenery in the courtyard and fresh air that instantly helps you relax. The bedding in the rooms is exceptionally comfortable – a good night's sleep here will leave you feeling completely refreshed! The service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive; no matter what you need, they'll help you out, making you feel as warm and welcome as if you were at home. Step outside the inn and you can immediately experience the ancient town's unique charm and leisurely pace of life, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation and capturing some great photos! yiweng170This is my second stay at the Wyndham Lijiang Railway Station, and here's why:
1. The location is absolutely superb! It's only about 300-400 meters from the train station, which means a quick and easy start to a relaxing stay upon arrival in Lijiang, and a smooth departure. No need to tire yourself out.
2. The service is fantastic! I added the butler on WeChat, and they were incredibly responsive, helping me with any issues immediately. They even upgraded me to a family room – a huge shout-out to the little butler!
3. They offer self-service laundry and dryers, which many five-star hotels don't provide for free; you usually have to pay. The Wyndham Lijiang Railway Station is a pioneer among five-star hotels in this regard. For long-term travelers like us, this is incredibly useful. I really hope all five-star hotels will offer self-service laundry in the future, giving guests the option of self-service or paid service.
4. No need for a taxi to eat, there are plenty of restaurants right across the street.
From now on, the Wyndham Lijiang Railway Station will be my top choice whenever I visit Lijiang.
