When I came to Lijiang for a trip, I saw the high rating of Muyuntang Hotel on the Internet, so I decisively booked for 4 nights. This time, I came out with my children. The proprietress has a very good personality, she will make tea for us, chat with us, and even bring us Lugu Lake's candied apples. My daughter also likes the proprietress and her apples very much. It is worth mentioning her bedding, soft bed, pillows that look good in photos, and the rice noodles for breakfast are also delicious. The simple and elegant atmosphere of the small courtyard makes people feel happy, and they don't want to go home after living here. Every morning in the inn, I was awakened by the warm yellow sunshine. The entire inn is built on the mountain, and the viewing platform in the middle can see the panoramic view of the ancient city and take pictures. It is also super beautiful. The location is at the intersection of Bailong Square, the first one on the left when entering, super convenient. Basking in the sun, eating apples and drinking afternoon tea, life in Lijiang Old Town is so beautiful. Next time I come to Lijiang, I will choose Muyuntang Inn

A very good stay experience, all five-star praise, there is a pick-up after getting off the plane, and the housekeeper immediately helped to check in and carry the luggage when we arrived at the inn, and also upgraded the room type. Facilities: The facilities are complete, the room is large, and we are given a bath bag every day. The baby is happy to take a bath every day. Hygiene: The room is cleaned every day, very clean. Environment: The fairy-tale garden layout is full of scenery. You can also see the panoramic view of the ancient city on the third floor. It's so beautiful. The hotel transportation is also very convenient. Didi is super fast. Service: I like the housekeeper Xiaofei. The service is very considerate. He actively helps us plan the itinerary and gives suggestions. If there is any problem, Xiaofei is also the first to solve it. He is busy helping with luggage when checking in and checking out. I really feel at home. My mother is super satisfied and said that she will stay here again next time she comes with friends.

This is the best B&B I have ever stayed in. Not only does it provide airport pick-up and drop-off, but other services are more attentive than five-star hotels. The price is 500, but the quality is 2K The housekeeper Xiaohe was waiting for us at the airport early, and introduced us to various interesting attractions and food in Lijiang along the way The first thing to do after checking in was to make us a cup of authentic white tea to sweep away our fatigue The owner of the B&B must be a collector, with all kinds of porcelain, wood carvings, etc. Entering the B&B is like entering a Jiangnan garden, with small bridges and flowing water The tea room on the second floor has a perfect view. You can sit there all day while drinking latte and looking at the scenery After checking out the next day, Xiaohe directly sent us to other hotels at the foot of the snow-capped mountains Next time if you come to Lijiang, you must choose his B&B!

Really nice designed hotel. The entry, the yard, the room are all decorated nicely. Tranditional style room but facilities are well-prepared & modern. Guest are totally secured to enjoy. (There is also washing machine & garment dryer in public area). Must try for whom prefer Chinese trandiational house/room. Staffs are extremely nice, funny, kind & helpful (especially Xiao Yuan, the guy with blond hair). They advise the good restaurants, good souvenir shop, introduce the tour. Even take us to the restaurant/shop/service shop they introduce, care abt our experience there. We were served welcome drinks (nice tea & flower cakes) so many times & many fresh fruits during 3 days there. Breakfast is simple but really good-taste. High-recomend for the noodle named mixian. Another plus point is the hand-some & friendly 🐶. Our xiao shuai ge😆 Location is also good. Only abt 100m fr the South gate of old town, convenience for taxi approaching. Abt 10’ walking to the center part of old town so you can both enjoy the quiet & peaceful atmosphere of old town as well as the exciting activies in the center. By the way the old town street is tidy, both local citizens & visitors keep it clean. The only thing wish them to improve is shampoo (a bit dry for hair) & water heater (a bit hard to adjust the temperature). Anyway these are just really small things, wont effect to your enjoying.

one of my favourite stays of all time!!! staff were super friendly and helpful, they assisted in booking tours for us to Yulong Snow Mountain and Tiger Leaping Gorge. they also checked in with us regularly to ensure that we were doing fine on the tours. because the tours set off early, they prepared bread and milk for us to snack on - which was super, super thoughtful. the homestay is located in the ancient city. though it may be tiring to climb to get to, the view was worth it. we could see yulong snow mountain and the entire ancient city. it was a fantastic stay and it made us fall in love with lijiang so much. thank you for making us feel so at home, i strongly recommend staying here if you are coming to lijiang!!

I got to know this hotel through some positive review from other guests and decided to try it out as I am not familiar with this place nor do I know anyone here. Glad that I did as it turns out to be an excellent experience. The hotel location is easy to reach as it is just a few minutes walk from the main road and it is right next to the old town (丽江古镇)。It is also right in front of a beautiful pond. The room is clean and tidy, everything works, breakfast porridge is tasty. But most importantly the hotel management are extremely friendly and helpful – this make my trip so much more easy and enjoyable. Ann (冰冰) is an excellent manager who offered me valuable advises and tips on where to go , what to do, what to avoid and she helps me with all my booking for the side trips – I had an easy time visiting the snow mountain (雪山), Lugu Lake (泸沽湖) and watch the magnificent Lijiang performance (丽江千古情) . All arranged and well managed with Ann’s help. This is so important when we heard so much negative comments about travelling to Lijiang from unscrupulous tour operator but here I am glad I met honest and reliable people. So if you are new to Lijiang and need guidance, I strongly recommend staying here and speaking to Ann. She is candid, transparent and helpful. The hotel is a beautiful place but the people makes the entire experience even more wonderful .

Close to the east gate of Shuhe Ancient Town, convenient for travel, you can see the snow-capped mountains in the yard. Although there is no sunshine in August, the sweet-scented osmanthus fills the garden. I like the style of their yard and the comfortable environment. The front desk service is very good and answers all questions. The cobblestone road in the ancient town is not very friendly to suitcases. The clerk will pick you up with a small tricycle.

Great location and services. The staff was in contact with us before we arrived. They arranged for a member of staff to meet us at the city entrance to guide us to the hotel. Puer tea and coffee were always available at the reception. Breakfast was tasty but choices were limited. I would definitely come back again next time I come to Lijiang.

This hotel and the people running it are really special. They treat you as their own personal guests and they do all they can to ensure that you have a great stay. Their care starts before you arrive and continues until you leave the city. So, I was pleasantly surprised when they called me on the day of my arrival and helped me to get to the hotel. I loved the tea time at the front desk where you get to chat with the hotel staff and fellow travelers. So don't be surprised if you find new friends during your stay! I have stayed in many hotels in many countries but this stay was so special that I decided to write my first hotel review! I really loved this hotel and the staff who are now my friends. I had a wonderful stay and I would love to come back at the first opportunity.

A small but cozy inn, I experienced warmth, comfort and convenience. Needless to say, the inn is clean and tidy. The elegant layout is what I love. The various rooms meet different needs. You can drink tea and relax in the small courtyard among the flowers. You can also take a rest and enjoy the scenery in the corridor. You can watch the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain on the small platform on the third floor. The panoramic view of the ancient city is like a small sparrow with all its internal organs. The most important thing is the good popularity and good singing voice of the beautiful inn owner, the enthusiasm and easy-goingness of the handsome young man, and the diligence and good cooking skills of the service aunt (I asked the aunt to make breakfast and dinner, but unfortunately I was only focused on eating and forgot to take pictures) , really memorable. It is also worth mentioning that the location of the inn is good, just a few steps away from the gate, and a few minutes away from Sifang Street and Mufu. The most important thing is that this inn is really quiet in the middle of the bustle, very quiet. A must-recommend inn, I will come again if I have the chance.
