Lingshui Designer Hotels

This time we were given an afternoon tea, which they said was a new activity. They were all handmade pastries with Hainan characteristics. They were very beautiful, delicious and satisfying. The room was indeed as big and clean as the reviews said. There was also an ironing machine, which was just right for ironing the clothes I wore the next day. The sound quality of the speakers was also very good. The swimming pool in the room was very suitable for taking photos and checking in. In addition, you can take photos and post them on WeChat Moments with the afternoon tea. I feel that this stay is worth the money. The butler service is very considerate, and they are very enthusiastic from check-in to check-out. The villa is also very close to the beach, and the greenery is really good. It must be very comfortable to come here in winter!

Because we decided to drive from Sanya to Haikou, we planned to stay one night each in Wanning and Lingshui. In Lingshui, we chose Huazhu because this homestay brand seems relatively large and the pictures looked good. It was really nice when we came over to take a look. The yard and the room were very beautiful. For the four of us, we upgraded to a three-bedroom apartment with a living room and kitchen. The area was really large, the swimming pool in the yard was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it was close to the beach, only a few minutes' walk away. We got up in the morning to watch the sunrise, and then came back to sit in the yard with the breeze. It was really cozy and comfortable, and we didn't want to leave. The breakfast was simple but clean, and the fruit was delicious. Recommended!

An old customer came back to stay after three years! The first stay was great. The decoration and scenery really gave me the feeling of a Bali vacation. The housekeeper service was very considerate, and breakfast was delivered to the room. The beach is just a few steps away from the hotel, and the park is also very beautiful, with a different view at every step. The vegetation and greenery are well maintained. The swimming pool is also very clean.

We spent 4 nights at Raffles Hainan during Christmas holidays with my family and definitely it's the best experience we had in Hainan. We have tried several hotels in Sanya but none of them can be compared to Raffles. The resort is located in a privileged place, probably one of the few paradise left in entire Hainan. White and sandy beach, plus extremely clean. Before my arrival, I got in touch with the Spanish speaking manager, Joe Torres who made sure and went above and beyond to make sure my arrival was smooth and without any complications (Due Covid situation). Upon my arrival we were greeted by Joe Torres who arranged everything and promptly introduced our personal Butler, also named Joe. We had a fantastic room with phenomeal view to the sea, extremely clean, welcome decorations on our bed in Spanish (Nice and unique touch) and cute Christmas welcome amenities. The hotel looks in good shape even if it's already 8 years old. Breakfast was fantastic, probably the best I'ever had in Sanya with a wide selection of chinese and western options. My egg benedict was cooked on point and my daugther was delighted by the extensive pastry option. Also, big thank you to Jane & Eric, managers at the restaurant who took care of my dining during my stay. The lounge bar at the pool was my way to go when to have some food, for it's unique vibe and accessibility to the pool. I totally recommend their fried noodles and club sandwich. Quesadillas and tuna sandwich were not to my taste. Overall we had a fantastic christmas vacation with my entire family and thank the entire team at Raffles Hainan for make sure me and family had a smooth holidays. We will definitely come back and I totally recommend this place to those who look for privacy, quiteness and unique high end service.

We stayed there second time and it’s a wonderful peaceful place, not crowded, the perfect place to calm down from the busy Shanghai. We stayed in a Pool Villa what is really wonderful. All the staff is so nice and helpful, we needed the Covid Test at day 3 in Hainan and the hotel driver brought us to the local hospital to do it, very convenient, total time 20 minutes. The only weak point is the restaurant, very slow service, one hour to get drinks, maybe a communication problem. And restaurant is very loud. The other days we chose the bar for dinner, quiet, outside seating and drinks and food much quicker. When we need a quiet place we will always come back!

The room was clean, good view. Unfortunately, the beach has signs of no swimming allowed...so I wasn't impressed by that. The location is absolutely not very convenient to do anything else besides being in the hotel. The choice of food was very limited especially Western food. Also, no halal food or coucher food for other people that can't eat pork...no signs for Halal food. This is the Westin hotel, the waiters have no idea and couldn't help. The only time someone spoke English to me was during the buffet dinner. I came down to have dinner the second night and ask for some English speaking person to help me ordering halal food...the waiter said the manager wasn't there or the chef. I was very hungry and had no choice but to order anything so I can eat...I was really disappointed. Honestly for the price of this hotel I can get a much better service in Yalong Bay or Sanya. I hope the management can try to improve their service and provide a variety of western food and especially Halal and coucher food. You can expect people to pay that much for this Westin hotel and not eat what they need. So disappointed

I only stayed here for one night, but it was amazing. The staff was super helpful. I can’t speak Chinese and they were very patient with me. The room was super clean and the beach is just 50m from the hotel. Nice and secluded, not busy at all and the most beautiful views.

Every day, I cleaned and changed bath towels, made beds, changed sheets, and disinfected the pool regularly. The weather was bad for a few days. The children were very happy in the hotel. The master bedroom was really comfortable. The basic medicine box was anti-virus and mosquito repellent water. There was also an umbrella butler service. The enthusiasm machine hemp is also helped to make it according to the needs. The shuttle bus is on call and sent us more than 100 bottles of water. There are many eggs and noodles. In general, the experience is very good.

On weekends, friends gathered in Sanya. The small courtyard was very clean and quiet. The bedding was comfortable. The children had a great time in the pool. The two cabins were facing the pool, which was super convenient. The housekeeper is also very caring. Also provide a skewers stove, complete daily necessities, kitchen supplies are all complete. Anti-mosquito coils are also very powerful. The first time I was not attacked by mosquitoes outside Sanya, I wish the boss a prosperous business and financial resources.

This hotel is really good! The service attitude is superb. Whether it is the cleaning staff or the front desk lady, they are very warm to receive us. If there are check-in questions, they can respond to our needs in time. The room is still intelligent voice. Now it is summer vacation and vacation. Come to Lingshui to live in this hotel is really cost-effective! ! ! ! Our room also has a separate balcony, the lighting is superb, the sound insulation effect is also very good, the night sleep is very quiet. This hotel is also very close to R&F Ocean Happy World. It takes 20-half hours to drive. In short, it is a good travel experience.
