I didn't expect to drive out of Shanghai for 4 hours and enter a fairyland. There are more than 70 rooms and suites in total, occupying an entire hilltop. There are many outdoor children's activities. The details of the dinosaur park are great. You can also ride horses and feed alpacas. The scenery of the cliff swimming pool and hot spring is also very good. It is very suitable for walking children or relaxing. The service is also very meticulous and considerate. There are staff to arrange shuttle buses for guests at each scenic spot or facility in the park. Each room has its own butler. Our butler Bingbing is very good at service and arranges all meals and activities for us. It is a nearly perfect resort hotel. The only problem is that the curtains are not dark enough and it gets light early in the morning. In addition, the two-bedroom suite actually has two large beds. First of all, I would like to praise the staff at the door. They were very enthusiastic to help with the luggage when we got off the car. The front desk also enthusiastically guided us to the room and helped us carry things. The hotel environment is very good facing Tianmu Lake. However, for a boutique hotel at this price, the following points still affect the stay experience
1. The lobby bar uses the afternoon tea provided by the room. An older staff member said that we only have one afternoon tea for two rooms. I said that I only put two rooms in the same order, so how can there be only one? After verification, the waiter said it was two servings, but only one was written on the receipt. The attitude was a bit perfunctory.
2. Secondly, the quality of the afternoon tea was very poor, as shown in the picture, the cake was also very small and the mousse was melted. It was not the same as what people posted online before. Maybe the quality was downgraded. The cup for my coffee was completely dirty with dried coffee stains and an eyelash in it. It felt like someone else's leftovers. At least wipe the cup before serving.
3. The pillow in the room was dirty on the edge as shown in the picture. After calling, the room service came very quickly and the attitude was also very good.
4. There were two sinks in the room, but there was only one soap and no mouthwash provided before.
5. For breakfast noodles, wontons and fried eggs, you need to knock on this closed small door to order the meal. There was no waiter next to it. If no one reminded, who would pay attention to this place?
6. Capsule coffee was a tragedy for two people, but there was only one capsule. Was it not replenished in time?

This is one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The hotel location is beautiful, if you are a nature lover then this is a place to visit. There is a lot of fun things to do within the area. There are hot springs, boat riding, quad biking, zip lining and children’s play areas just to name a few. A lot of these activities are within walking distance from the hotel and if you’re not a fan of walking, the hotel provides free transportation to all the surrounding sites and amenities. The room was spacious and the staff cleaned the room thoroughly every morning. The views from our room were stunning and the service was flawless. My family and I will definitely be returning and we’ll be recommending it to everyone. 👍🏾🥰

In the evening, I received a set meal coupon to eat Tianmu Lake fish head soup. It is a five-minute walk from another hotel restaurant in the chain. The set meal also comes with vegetables, fruits and rice. The three of us also ordered Yanhuihui roasted tofu. Originally, I wanted to order some food, but the waitress said no, I couldn’t eat it. The design, environment, and room facilities of the villa did not help. I didn’t feel inconvenient to travel with my children. The butler’s service was intimate and the food was delicious.
