Stayed here for a night and really enjoyed my stay here! The service is excellent, hotel is clean and modern and the breakfast at Lime is great. Pool is small but nice too! Counter staff upgraded our room to the lifestyle room as we celebrated our wedding night here. Also provided us with free bottle of wine and complimentary lychee cake. Very happy with our stay here and will come back again for more!

I am impressed with Far East's business plan to brand Oasia Sentosa resort as a place for people to refresh, restore and relax. Guests can join the programmes at the resort such as aqua zumba, morning qigong, evening yoga and workshops. The hotel lobby has a nice scent and the signature massage at Oasia Spa make my tensed muscle relax. The close proximity to Palawan beach and Imbiah Station makes it convenient to explore the island. I would come back for another spa & stay.

Location was great, there were many nearby food places around, walking distance to Outram Mrt. Room was cosy and I was amazed by the design of the rooms, it was modern and sleek! Reception was also very nice enough to give a late checkout, and the room cards design was super cool 😎 I really love and enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel is packed with tourists and quite busy but the staff, especially Melvin, has been most patient and helpful to arrange for the room that I requested for. Thanks Melvin! Really appreciative of the arrangement and every staff on hand is friendly and ready to help to the extra mile! The only minor things were the bath tub takes too long to drain, was just using the shower and the TV's service was not working all the time. Do note it can be tricky to understand the room views - City, Habour, Marina Bay views, so do ask again when you check in.

i booked an urban suite to celebrate my fiancé's birthday, and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves to the max. the hotel system was down when we were checking in, but our front desk staff, Rosy, explained the situation to us, gave us a beverages voucher to enjoy a drink each while we waited for our key cards at the lounge, and even personally came over to hand us the cards once the room was ready. shortly after we checked in, a staff member from the collection club lounge dropped by the room and gave my fiancé a mini cake, a box of chocolates, and a birthday card. we went to the collection club lounge for evening cocktails and were surprised with a bread pudding platter with a lighted candle to celebrate my fiancé's birthday and managed to catch the ndp rehearsal's fireworks show. overall, the interactions we had with the staff members were exceptional, and we felt very welcomed and taken care of, everywhere we went. the urban suite room was very clean and spacious, and we had a wonderful view of the cbd area. having stayed in many hotels in singapore, this is by far the best room and experience ive had.

Sentosa was much better than downtown Singapore. W Singapore - Sentosa Cove contributed greatly. The purple interior was a little rustic, but the rooms were clean, the bedding was comfortable, the room service was delicious, and the service of the staff was excellent. The pool was spacious and pleasant, and the drinks provided by Wetdecs were delicious. The quantity of sunbeds near the pool was always relaxed, and the orange towels provided at all times smelled clean. I am planning to visit Singapore again because I want to stay at W Singapore - Sentosa Cove again.

Repeat visitor but this time, room grouting mold was very visible and clearly not removed when room decor was refreshed under new owner Ascott. 2 minor room complaints not taken care of either so minus 3 stars; add 1 star for prompt service recovery from night duty manager

The best about Capitol Kempinski is its convenient location - right opposite City Hall MRT and there's a sheltered path between MRT and hotel via the mall so that you don't get wet even on rainy days! The location is also so central that you can walk to many sightseeing spots from Merlion to Clarke Quay to Haji Lane. Staff were friendly - we especially appreciated Om the porter, who was very warm and helpful throughout our stay. Wonderful view from our room overlooking the St Andrew's Cathedral. Elegant and classy interior design. The Salvatore Ferragamo amenities smelt so good too! However, there were still a number of defects with this five-star luxury hotel: Both rooms we tried were very humid - our first room even had a water dripping sound every 4-5 seconds, so we could not sleep and had to request for a change of room the next morning, which the hotel arranged speedily. Our second room had no dripping sound but was equally humid - towels and swimming suits were still damp after one night. Thankfully, there was a fan in our Heritage Room, which helped dry things up a bit. Maintenance and facilities - toilet flushing was not great and shower water was not hot enough for our second room on 3/F. The TV there had no sound at first but got fixed eventually. There was no one watching the swimming pool when we visited, which could be prone to accidents even though it's only 1.2 m high. House-keeping - upon our arrival we found an open bottle of sparkling water in the fridge probably left by the previous guest, and two little tubes of conditioner (but no lotion - maybe we don't need it in a humid room, haha). This was quite unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. The higher parts of the rooms were dusty. We understand that the interior design makes it difficult to clean on a daily basis, but thorough deep-cleaning should still be carried out once in a while? Expectation management and food - we expected some sort of welcoming fruits and snacks as we filled out a survey from the hotel two days before our stay, asking about all our preferences. Disappointingly, none of our preferences got addressed during our stay. Buffet breakfast was quite tasty but not among the greatest varieties we had tried in other five-star hotels. I had the same experience with the other two hotels I have stayed in Singapore, so maybe this is still considered good enough for the city. I can imagine how beautiful this hotel was when it opened five years ago. But without proper maintenance and persistent house keeping work, its charm has diminished. Certainly a waste for a beautiful heritage cluster like this one. Still a fairly OK-nice stay overall.

We loved the location of the hotel with a view to the lake and it's surrounding especially the Marina Bay Sands' ”The Holy Trinity” buildings or also sometimes called the ”Tablets”. And at sun rise and/or sun set, beautiful pictures can be taken or just enjoying the scenery if your room have a good view to the lake. The hotel interior is superb - clean and well decorated at every floor. The breakfast is fantastic with many choices of food and desserts - from Asian to Continental. And if you have the lounge assess, their service is very attentive to your request and preferences. A well place for Staycation and tourists' stays alike. Of course, the convenience to any shopping around the hotel and walking distance to many major shopping malls. Garden by the Bay is not very far away with spaces for jogging and exploring the nearby nature reserve. You might get to see a lone eagle flying around the bay or even a troop of family otters around the bay area or near the Garden By the Bay. We will definitely be coming back soon.

It's a nice hotel, location is great. But facilities is a little old and staff have less experience. . When I checked in, the front desk staff took a long time and still can't find my reservation. The second staff helped me checking in, but he forgot give my cell phone back. I found out my phone lost when I was in the room. I come back to front desk, luckily my cell phone was still in the staff's desk. When we went to bed in first night, we found that the window curtain can't be closed. We slept bad in the first night because the broken window curtain. I asked Hotel to change a new room for us next day because they still couldn't fix it. But they gave us a low floor room for us which I was unhappy. I also don't like the hotel deposit policy. I have paid off my room in Trip.com before I arrived hotel. But they still charged my $800 for deposit.
