All the staff were very, very friendly...very helpful...very professional. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. (get discounts for the rooms at the reception) The waiters were exceptional...polite and attentive in every way. The landscaping is beautifully The food was totally awesome everywhere we ate. The hotel was very good but there were some flaws like 1. The washroom was not so clean but somehow it was nice to use. 2. The hotel staff was very polite in nature but whenever you ask them to do something related to your food order, room service or anything else they reply very late and you have to tell them the same thing multiple times. 3. I would have been more satisfied if your hotel provided me a coffee set in my room. 4. I would rate the hotel food 2 out of 5. But apart from all these things i enjoyed my stay

Good: rooms are specious and clean, good ambience. Staff behaviour is good. Areas need improvement: 1)restaurant don't have icecream other than vanila 2)tv connection got disconnected almost every half an hour 3) wi fi conncetion is poor. Also disconnected frequently 4)bar don't have any wine collection. Even beer brands are also limited. Only cheap brands are available
