Due drink, impossibile pagare con la carta quindi ovviamente il cambio lo decidono loro a loro vantaggio, non credo questo sia corretto … non lo consiglio … mi dispiace molto ma non credo sia professionale ed indicativo di buon servizio in generale.

I had a very bad experience at the restaurant of this hotel. One of the dishes we ordered came with a lot of hair in it, the margarita didn’t have any alcohol in it and the waiter was very rude, when I kindly explained the problem with the dish he just saw me with anger and left. At least they gave us a free one. Anyway it was the worst experience ever.

The best in South of Albania! The service is excellent, with knowledge and very carefully in what they offer. They know what to offer to make your experience magic. Each dish is special and so delicious. The interior is so welcoming, very warm and welcoming. The lounge area is fantastic to spend the night and to have a great cocktail.

La plage est magnifique. En ce qui concerne l’hôtel, le personnel est ingrats, pas un sourire, tout est interdit. Ils disent accepter les enfants mais ils sont dérangés par ceux-ci. Rien n’est mis en place pour eux. Le responsable est irrespectueux! Hôtel à fuir!!!!!!!

Loved the place. Everyone so friendly and polite. The rooms clean, cocktails amazing, beach great. The only thing that I didn’t like was the behaviour of the PR girl at the beach, which was not polite and very angry.

Loved it! The team, the food the pool, the location. Everything was great. This hotel seems to be brand new but very well managed. The restaurant menu is fresh and modern, perfect for everyone. The team is so dedicated. It was an amazing experience.
