Good stay ,friendly staff and very helpful. Rooms was comfortable, cleaned.Sleeper bed did have bedsheets.Athletes stays 3 in a room and that was a concern. A Bar freezer would be nice to have in a room. No bathroom mat in the shower but there was clean bath towels.

Both mornings I went to breakfast. Very poor, no notifications if the meat served was pork, mutton, beef or what. Scrambled eggs blue No cutlery No stirrers Platters empty Tables and chairs with left over food on. The kitchen staff just non chalant. Cant believe I pay so much for this poor service. Truly disgusted

All other stuff members were helpful and always visible. They accommodated and provided a home away from home, except the evening restaurant manager Monica. She would get really angry if one requested extra food. During the evening buffet we get dished a single plate with a portion size that the ladies find suitable so it's not really a buffet I guess. You request more food and you'll be in Monica's bad books.

Peaceful place to be if you love quietness. Nicely cleaned & fresh room . Beautiful nature to view Pool to cool off yourself after a long day Breakfast is to die for,,, especially their fruit salad because that's what I enjoy mostly. Thanks a lot

Staff cannot manage the place or the guest properly. Large group of unruly people took over the hotel and restaurant. Screaming the in corridors after 10pm and before 6am. Could not go to breakfast as there was no place to get in. people were sitting at reception eating food. Ridiculous!!!

Hotel need to be clean but was not bad it need to upgrade to clean swimming pool not in good condition , out side the building some other site need to repainting, but I can give the hotel 3 star rating

The room was okay except for the noise levels at the hotel. My sleep broke so many times with doors opening and closing and people talking in the corridors. Rooms were clean but carpet needs attention
