We had the best experience ever,from checking in upon arrival was easy ,all stuff in the hotel are so friendly from the porters ,receptionist ,cleaners and the restaurant staff were amazing oh yes and Patrick and Rachel made sure we all taken care of with a friendly smile everyday this is, definitely Resort to be love it❤️❤️

Wir empfehlen das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter. Super freundliches und vor allem wahnsinnig bemühtes Personal - Grüße an Brian gehen raus, bester Barkeeper!! :) Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und alles ist tiptop sauber, weil permanent Personal alles pflegt und reinigt. Das Essen war super, abwechslungsreich (wobei es bei einem Aufenthalt von 2 Wochen auch etwas an Abwechslung verliert). Aber qualitativ super, wir hatten keinerlei Magenbeschwerden und haben es auch von keinen anderen Gästen mitbekommen. Der Strand ist ein Traum! Einzig die Beachboys können anstrengend sein. Wenn man sie aber abwimmelt, sollte man auch in Ruhe gelassen werden. Aber sie sind lustig und man kann sich auch mal mit ihnen unterhalten :) Unterhaltung und Abendprogramm gab es im Nachbarhotel, welches man mit einem dritten Hotel ebenso nutzen kann als Gast des Palm Beach. Gäste der anderen Hotels dürfen aber nicht ins Palm. Dadurch ist es im Palm eher familiär. Viele Deutsche waren hier. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder! Danke an das ganze Team für den wundervollen Urlaub in Kenia

Starting with the check in process, the manager, Manoj, was hospitable and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and modern with a beautiful Kenyan esthetic. Staff is incredible, from room cleaning to drinks to buffet, they are attentive, kind, patient and the level of customer service is bar none. The beach is absolutely stunning and the sand is like butter. We had such a great time jumping around in the water which was clear and clean. Hotel organized a glass bottom boat and a snorkelling trip to Robinson Baobab island which was one of the best I've ever experienced. Chef and F&B manager as well as all of the staff are just incredible. Can't recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for helping us create beautiful memories in Kenya.

Prachtig hotel, wonderbaarlijk eten met een uitgebreide keuze, grote kamer met gevulde minibar, airco en een luxueuze badkamer. Toppunt aan het hotel is de Palm bar gelegen op het eiland langs het restaurant. Voornamelijk personeelslid Stanley doet voortreffelijk zijn wereld, hij viel dag in en dag uit op door zijn entertainment en bartendskills. Zeker de moeite waard om op vakantie te gaan. Dante

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to congratulate you on your special hotel. I have never had a nicer or better holiday. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. When we asked on the long day of arrival, we were offered a very nice room in no time at all, 9:00 a.m. including the AI wristbands - great service. All of the service staff were incredibly nice and helpful, all problems were resolved within a very short time. The reception was also exceptionally service-oriented, friendly and courteous. The food and drink selection is unique, a special thank you to Patrick, who always had an open ear for both of us, as well as to Thomas and all of the unnamed employees, we would like to thank everyone for a perfect holiday. Our stay was very restful and relaxed. The room service deserves special praise, everything was done perfectly twice a day. There was always fruit and enough water in the room, towels always fresh and everything was spotlessly clean. The beach is unique and you always feel very safe thanks to the security. The pool area with bar and pool boys do a really good job. The Easter Sunday dinner was amazing!!!!! But the African evening was also really well done and well thought out. All in all a really unique holiday, we'll be back in September. It's just great to be at Palm Beach. Thank you so much and again for everything!!!!

Very beautiful hotel with 60 rooms divided into bungalows surrounded by very well-kept gardens. All the staff are charming and professional, the catering is also very good. The beach boys on the beach come to meet you as soon as you set foot on the sand but are not very pushy. Two negative points however - the deckchairs are reserved very early in the morning and there is therefore no space all the time - hotel advertised and sold as being Adult Only... with couples with children, certainly not many. Be careful not to deceive customers like us who choose to pay more so as not to find ourselves in a family hotel, with shouting in the swimming pool...

Room service very aggressively kept opening my door with the handle, banging on the door and screaming room service even when i said i didn’t want to be disturbed. They came again 1 and half hours later and behaved the same way. They also assumed I don’t know Swahili and said to the other staff member infront of me that “Ana ni Sinya” (She is angering/irritating me). Thieves came into the hotel which is very unsafe. The manager called mentioning I need to leave the room. I then left the room at 4:30pm and when i returned at 11:20pm nothing in my room was cleaned and was left untouched.

Beautiful resort with nice size rooms. Very nice pool area for kids to play and has beach access right from the resort. Lots of activities by the beach, as jet skiing, glass boat rides, snorkeling and much more. Breakfast is available every morning and they do have good options for breakfast for everyone.
