**Anda Barut Review** **Staff** The staff at Anda Barut are absolutely outstanding—the friendliest and most enthusiastic I've encountered. While English is limited, it's not a problem. The waiting staff, cleaning team, and especially the kids club are all exceptional. **Rooms** The rooms are definitely 5-star, offering spotless luxury with all the amenities you would expect and more. They are incredibly well thought out and spacious. **Buffet** The food choice and quality were once again 5-star. We tried most items, and everything was fresh and of high quality. The staff are always looking to help and serve you. I couldn’t fault it! **Evening Entertainment** Unfortunately, this was a letdown from my perspective. However, it’s a new hotel, and they are still settling in. It's not great, I’m afraid. **Kids Club** The Kids Club truly stands out. It's the best I have experienced, and I have stayed at multiple resorts. The staff are genuinely kind and loving souls who really care about children. I have never seen this quality before and confidently say that the other Barut hotel I stayed at wouldn’t stand a chance. **Fun Fair** This is a great addition, providing lots of fun, and yes, it's completely free. We loved the bumper cars, and surprisingly, the rollercoaster has some kick to it! **Games Room** Everything is new and working great. You can always get on something, and while evenings are busy, if you wait, it’s no problem. The PlayStation 5s are most used, but we loved the table tennis. **Aqua Park** There is a great selection for all ages, serving everyone from babies to adults. A top tip: tie your shorts before going on the slide! **Swimming Pools** Lots of space, clean, and with a lovely environment. The family pool was the main one I used, and sadly, the lifeguards do let the team down. They are very disinterested and hardly pay attention, often seen on their phones or chatting. I witnessed these issues at the family pools and the sea, but I can't comment on the other areas. **Gym** The gym facilities are excellent and spotlessly clean, with water and towels provided. **Shops** Beware of the shop next to the kids club; it is completely overpriced, aiming to defraud and rip off guests. For instance, they tried to charge me 5 euros for inflating my own items and appeared to purposely damage them, so I would have to buy new ones. You cannot trust them; prices are ridiculously high—£30 for goggles and £3 for a pack of chewing gum. However, there is another shop on the walkway to the restaurant that sells electrical goods, toys, and books at very fair prices. I even checked on Amazon, and their prices were better. **Conclusion** Anda Barut is a great hotel that I would definitely recommend and return to. The staff, especially the cleaners, waiting staff, and kids club, are the best I have seen. Area for improvements is addressing the issue of shops ripping off guests. Also the evening entertainment. Everything and everyone was top notch cleanest hotel we have been too and that's going to turkey for 30 years or more.and the service second to none.even the smallest request is dealt with total professionalism.the drinks all round hotel are great standard especially the 24 hour bar biggest bar we've been too.rooms cleaned daily mini fridge stocked well also.

Overall summary, stunning hotel, beautiful scenery, great food and some real gems of staff. ‘Even Better Ifs’ are the a la carte booking system is completely flawed and needs fixing. All pools were not heated as previously advertised and general customer service needs attention. Special mentions go to Tuba in the lobby bar. She was super friendly and worked extra hard! We also loved Mohamed at No Se. He was very attentive and made our meal there just that bit extra special. In the main dining room, we mainly chose to sit in xxxx area. She was like a wizard, working unbelievably fast, always with a smile on her face and you could tell she really cared. Hotel rooms - absolutely stunning, with everything provided that you can think of. All toiletries, cosmetic ‘accessories’ like cotton pads, scrubber, even straighteners and hairdryers which were both great. Fab maid service too. Hotel & Grounds - stunning. Despite the hotel being somewhat large, it was easy to navigate around pretty quickly with all snickets available! The views were also amazing! Food, drinks & a la cartes - Food was great but not exceptional…we’ve had better at Lara Barut, Voyage hotels and Hilton Dalaman. The a la cartes were a nightmare. We were lucky and did eat in them 5 out of 10 nights, but it was so much hassle and stress to get these bookings. I have never had this experience at Lara Barut, Voyage Hotels or Hilton Dalaman. We specifically book these type of hotels in Turkey because of the a la carte options as we prefer to eat in them every night, but this wasn’t possible. The drinks were also good, but again not great. The lobby bar made fabulous cocktails, but the poolside bars had almost premixed cocktails, which weren’t the best. The buffet was good and had great variety, but the food wasn’t hot enough. We also experienced lots of flies, which was annoying, but these weren’t there if you are fully inside. The patisserie was also a hit with our party. They serve the most AMAZING cookies, but get there for 11am as they go super fast. The woman that mainly served us in the patisserie was absolutely miserable though (average height with glasses) Never engaged, always looked annoyed and never acknowledged our ‘hellos’ or ‘thank yous’…..very poor service and quite frankly rude. Pools/Water Park - amazing pools, views and waterpark. However, when I emailed the hotel, when I was thinking of booking, I was specifically told there would be 10 heated pools, inc, the water park. This was a complete lie. One pool (the community pool) was the one mainly heated, then in the latter few days they heated the family one too. The waterpark wasn’t heated until the last 2 days though and was absolutely FREEZING before this! It was unbearable for the little ones. This was a huge disappointment as Turkey is on the cooler side in the month of October. They did report that all pools were heated, but some were c.21 degrees…that is not heated!!!! My wife and I stayed at Anda Barut from 2nd to 7th November . Pros: We had a great time. It was very nice. Staff were all so friendly and professional. Facilities were great. Great variety of food at the buffet. Ala Carte restaurants we visited were superb. The adult zone 16+ was nice. Rooms were quiet and air con worked very well. There are many pools around. The water park looks great but we couldn't use it as it closed when we were there. The spa was great. The indoor pool was also very nice. We enjoyed the loungers around the pool and the freezer that stocked various Walls ice cream. Cons: Some pools outside that are heated were not pleasant as they were too cold. The indoor pool that is heated wasn't warm enough. Felt like they were barely heating the pools. The food at the buffet was bland. Need spices, salt and some black pepper(I'm not a fan of salt) but I had to add salt and black pepper to make my food tasty. This is a great place and we were told many improvements will be made when place closes on the 28th Nov 2024 till April 2025. We have booked for next year November again as we loved it there. We'd like to recommend 2 specific staff who are the cutsomer relation desk, one is named Mocahit who checked us in upon arrival and helped us solve an issue when we left our mobile phone in the shuttle that collected us from Bodrum Airport. He was very helpful. The other is Evelina who was also so helpful. She called the Bodrum Airport, then the shuttle company to look for our phone which was found and brought back to us abt an hr after we got to the resort. They both were very helpful. We highly recommend this place. We've been 3x to Lara Barut and find Anda Barut better for us. Lovely landscape around. Nice 2km walkway around resort for walks and jogging and also linking all the beaches together.
