The staffs were very friendly and cosy stay. Daily Maintenance is good. Restaurant staffs and service is good. Restaurant ambience is well maintained. Front Desk and Room Service are good. GRT made our stay extremely more favourable and joyful.

The location of the property is nice. The staff is courteous. But the prices are extremely high and not as per the worth of the property. We paid 6k per night for a small sized room which doesn't have a proper hill view. Food is tasteless and extremely expensive. Even if the prices were 50-60% lower than what they charge, i would not like to visit this property just for the sake of tasteless food.

It’s not the most luxury property i have been but the most comfortable and satisfying stay. The full credit goes to the staffs, they are so warm and ready to help you at all times. I have stayed twice here, thoroughly enjoyed my stays.

We stayed onenigh but the stay was awesome and front desk staff was amazing such a warm welcome we didn't expect thank you nathiya and kasthuri than prabhu who was taking care more. Thanks everyone for make my stay more comfortable. We felt like my home.

Its really very good stay Superb management . And food is really good. And nite we enjoyed karkoke and 🔥 It was really nice and we had a nice time with family and friends. I will recommend my family and friends for the future stay wen ever they come to Kodaikanal

Our recent stay at Great Trails Kodaikanal was truly a remarkable experience. The property is one of the finest we have visited, offering spacious and well-maintained rooms that made our family vacation extremely comfortable. The breathtaking views from the resort added to the serenity of the stay. A big shout-out to Ramji and Rakkini from the restaurant team. Ramji's impeccable service and warm hospitality made our dining experiences memorable. Special thanks to Rakkini for preparing some of the best coffee and tea we've ever had — a perfect treat in the cool Kodaikanal weather. Our trip was further elevated by Balakrishnan, our driver, who took us to the most scenic and hidden gems of Kodaikanal. His knowledge of the area and careful driving made our sightseeing tours enjoyable and relaxing. We highly recommend Great Trails for anyone looking for a perfect family getaway amidst nature.
