Une honte !!! Les chambres sont sales, la douche moisie, le buffet au repas vraiment pas bon (des boîtes mises dans des plats) J'ai payé 104€ !!!! 104€ car oui 4€90 un ice tea ! Et quand on fait la remarque on ose répondre au clients "oui on sait que c'est sale et vétuste mais ils font rien" Même pas d'excuse auprès de sa clientèle !!! J'ai halluciné Un tarif exorbitant pour un lieu vétuste, sale. Bref FUYEZ !!!

Nous avons atterri ici car il y a eu un souci de réservation dans un autre hôtel. Premièrement, la réceptionniste a voulu nous faire payé le même prix que l’autre hôtel (qui était plus cher) alors que son tarif était moins cher ! Ensuite, notre chambre était dégradée, un store sur 2 ne fonctionnait pas, quand je l’ai annoncé le lendemain matin on m’a dit oui oui on sait il va être réparé ce jour, mais nous n’avons pas été prévenu ! La literie était sale, la salle de bain était sale, la porte de douche ne se ferme pas complètement, la chasse d’eau fait du bruit pendant des heures et des heures et les fenêtres sont pleines de moisi … Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel !

Een aantal jaren geleden er eens overnacht en toen was het al zozo maar nu oogt het echt armoedig. Kleine kamers. Sober ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel wel. Maar negatieve prijs-kwaliteit. En de slofjes die je krijgt zijn geen meerwaarde.

A one-night stay in the Logis hotel in Dizy, the stay did not include an evening meal. We cannot comment on the choice of TV channels, however whilst there was Wi-Fi there was no Internet. The room / bathroom were basic, but they were clean and more than adequate. There was an evident passion for running the hotel as shown by the welcome and service we received from the family running the hotel. Also, by the personal touches in the bathroom. Breakfast was the standard Continental fare. We would gladly stay there again.

Nous avions fait une erreur de réservation et le gérant nous a tout de suite proposé une solution , à savoir nous donner pour mon fils et pour nous deux chambres l'une à coté de l'autre pour le prix d'une chambre normale. Hôtel situé dans une zone commerciale de Dizy à côté d’une concession automobile. Il dispose d’une terrasse pour les beaux jours et d’un parking. L’accueil du patron est sympathique et souriant. Les chambres sont simples et la literie de bonne qualité. Le restaurant propose un buffet bien achalandé et les plats sont bons sans chichi.

Traditional stopover for several years for our usual weekend in Champagne and being satisfied so far. Unfortunately this year there is a change of owners and what a disappointment! No TV in the establishment, in the middle of the Rugby World Cup it's rather frustrating! Mediocre meal, starter buffet almost empty at 8 p.m., the owners who do not react because they are busy having dinner with family in the restaurant...and worse who look at the customers with an amused look while the unfortunate waitress an advanced age struggles like a devil in a font to satisfy one and the other. I will not talk about the absence of telephone in the rooms, the almost empty toilet paper roll.... very very disappointed.
