Hotel is just okay for the budget, but don't expect much. Bed was very ordinary and room walls are paper thin and very noisy when your neighbours are talking etc. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Average stay. TV not working. Heater is not warm. The blanket does not come into one piece. Two twin size blanket put together doesn’t mean king size blanket.
And could not store our luggages at the checkin. For the size of the hotel apartment, they should have bigger storage space.

I did send our Maintenance Manager to inspect your apartment post stay and your individually controlled heating/cooling unit was working correctly. You may have put the heat up too high which would have automatically regulated the system to drop temperature. Our 2 Bedroom Apartments are larger with additional storage for long stays. Great hotel, within a quiet but safe part of Melbourne. The tram stations are within the free tram zone which makes it convenient to travel around. The hotel itself is great. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable and the room was very very modern. The hotel is a highly recommended place. Great value for money!

The hotel is new and clean. The lobby has a light floral fragrance. The environment is elegant, fashionable, comfortable and feels like home. The service staff are sincere and courteous. The location is in the city center and there is a tram downstairs. There is a large open-air parking lot within a 5-minute walk, which is convenient for self-driving tours. I'm very satisfied with the room equipment and hygiene, and the location is very convenient. Even if I asked to stay in a high-rise room, the hotel ignored it and arranged a room on the 4th floor. Since there is a door between the rooms, the sound insulation is particularly poor. The next door is very noisy all night long, which greatly affects your rest. .
