I rented a car from Ban and arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. Since it was automatically charged after 5 PM, there was nothing special to do. I woke up early in the morning and had a good view of Mount Ararat. Although it was on the rooftop, I took pictures of Mount Ararat indoors, had breakfast, and drove from Ban for about 3 hours the night before, so there were a lot of bugs on the car. I asked the owner if I could get some water to get rid of the bugs, and the owner said not to worry and brought his employee to wash the car by hand for more than 30 minutes. I was so sorry and grateful. When I tried to give him the car wash money, he refused and said that if he really wanted to give me the employee, he would give me 200 tr. I was sorry and grateful. However, it was difficult because the employees did not speak English well.

The curtains are useless and the room remains very bright during the night.
I found the pillows very uncomfortable (they are very thick).
I found the room very hot and the heater couldn't be turned off.
No table or desk where to sit comfortably with the laptop.
The staff is very helpful.

Good option on highway and near bus statio
Stayed only one night during transit. Smooth check-in. Friendly helpful staff. Nice clean room at front of building facing highway. Some road noise with window open but good sound proofing when closed. Good view of Mt Ararat from top floor terrace. Drinks available from front terrace. Nice shower. Bed was a bit hard. Good breakfast. Dolmuş available to town and palace, both of which are interesting. 10-15 min walk to bus station. Good value for money.

Hotel not as advertised
Advertised as having a view of Mount Ararat from the room. This was untrue. Also advertised as having a restaurant. This was also untrue, but they had breakfast. No restaurant within walking distance so had to buy snacks from a garage.
