L hôtel est bien pas très grand , les chambres sont correctes la Clim un peu bruyante, la clé de la chambre est au poignet ce qui est très pratique, le buffet est varié, les restaurants à thème sont bien également, les serveurs sont très sympas, la piscine est grande mais mal conçue beaucoup de 1 m 60 de profondeur ou de 30 cms, la mer était belle sans algues mais plus beaucoup de plage pour marcher à cause d une tempête (en pente et une marche de sable pour aller se baigner). . Des travaux de construction sont actuellement en cours un peu de désagrément autour de la piscine, mais il faut bien reconstruire après un incendie. Pour ceux qui sont Framissima 3 animatrices seulement, les groupes italiens et dominicains sont plus nombreux et plus dynamiques.

Todo el personal es maravilloso, nuestro conserje muy atento en todo momento, perdón, pero no recuerdo el nombre de la señora que nos servía las bebidas en desayuno y almuerzo. A todo el equipo de animación, hermosas clases de aquagym y las distintas actividades que organizan.

Ficamos hospedados no Catalonia Bayahíbe por indicação de amigos e sem dúvida, foi a melhor escolha que fizemos. A praia é maravilhosa e o hotel tem um estilo rústico e familiar que nos agradou muito. Os restaurantes são muito bons, conseguimos ir em todos e fica difícil escolher qual mais gostamos. A equipe do hotel contribuiu muito para que nossa estadia fosse perfeita. Logo na recepção a Manuela foi muito prestativa e a Yaris do serviço ao cliente muito pró-ativa. No restaurante Taino, conhecemos a Santa, um amor de pessoa e tornou nossa estadia especial. No Toscana, fomos muito bem recebidos pela Graysha e Nicole e muito bem atendidos pelo José e especiamente pelo Charles Rodríguez, que demonstrou ser um excelente profissional, extremamente educado e simpático. Wilfrid e Yicauri do exclusive club também foram muito atenciosos e amáveis. Foi uma estadia incrível e com certeza voltaremos em uma próxima oportunidade!

Wir sind sehe zufrieden mit der Animation. Ein herzlichen Dank geht vor allem die zwei Animateure Angel Sequetel und JS. Die Party an der Playa ist empfehlenswert. Das Essen steht hier in keinem nach. Wir werden defintiv wieder hier her kommen.

La comida no mas que regular. No lo recomendaria por ningun motivo ya que tuvimos muchos problemas este año y hace 2 años atras y porque nos hicieron un cobro totalmente irregular a ultima hora cuando nos retirabamos del hotel Es vergonzosa la atencion siendo nosotros socios ETC hace 5 años y que en otros hoteles de la membresia jamas tuvimos algun problema de esta indole. No renovaria la membresia y no la recomendaria por ningun motivo Lamentablemente comparto los comentarios negativos realizados por huespedes anteriormente. Es una pena

We went to the hotel as a group of 9. It has a beautiful beach and the hotel is very nice - the food was excellent and the staff all very friendly. There is always something to do, with the entertainment team organising games, especially Angel Sequeteo!
