We stayed here over the Christmas period and it was relaxing. Check-in was a breeze with no security deposit required. Good thing too as there were no ATMs on site. The room was very clean but quite basic with no clothing iron. They had a Christmas party which we attended, in terms of the entertainment it was good but the buffet dinner was mediocre. The hotel doesn't charge extra for tour bookings which was surprising so I'd recommend contacting them if you require assistance. Although we tried contacting them a day in advance for your bookings to which they responded two days later. Hotel facilities especially the gym has great equipment. The heated indoor pool though isn't that warm and I could barely last 10 minutes in it from the cold. The buffet breakfast spread was great so something you wouldn't want to miss out on. Hotel cleanliness is generally good but the 20th floor corridor stunk so bad we never looked forward to leaving the room.

Location is 20 〜 30 minutes walk to eat and supermarket It was good if only convenience stores were nearby. I was able to relax because there was a canal or river in front of me and there was a promenade or quiet. The breakfast was buffet and there were many kinds, and the four and * dishes were made on the spot and it was delicious. Dragon fruit is sweet, watermelon juice is delicious. I was satisfied because I liked the buffet and looked forward to it! It was nice that the room was large, but if I sat on the desk with a chair １ and another one, I had to sit on the bed, but it was difficult to use because there was too much distance from the bed. It was clean at first glance, but there was a feeling that the floor was not cleaned well with tiles. There were cup ramen, beer, etc., and I was grateful for the night clothes at ２ 10,000 dong. The staff were all kind and we were able to consult late check-out and motorcycle rental while using translation. Bike rental was made in the hotel parking lot, and it was borrowed at 150,000 dong for 24 hours in the cub, so I was able to go sightseeing and shopping. ２ I stayed for a night but I was very comfortable, so I would like to stay again next time.

Good hotel. Upgraded room on high floor with great views. 500k per night and it was a large room. I was able to park my motorbike down underneath which was a bonus. When l arrived it was lunchtime for the staff tho the kind lady dropped what she was doing and checked me in straight away without a prior booking. Happy staff.

I stayed at this hotel from 21 - 23th March 2024. Overall, my stay at SAM was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The check-in process was efficient and the room was clean, with a lovely view and a comfortable bed. The bath amenities were also a nice touch. The staff were well-trained and professional, always ready to assist with any requests. I will definitely be returning for my next stay in Quang Binh. Highly recommend SAM Quang Binh for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a very quick stop in Dong Hoi and this hotel was amazing value for money for us. We checked in early in the morning and basically just needed a place to rest, shower and charge our phones, so this place exceeded our expectations. The room was big and clean, the AC was good and the bathroom was clean and good. 7 minutes drive from the train station. Great value for money!

The hotel has a very impressive design that brings a pleasant, western feel. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, always happy to help our group a lot. Our group of 4 people rented 2 rooms from the hotel, the room was new and very clean, fully equipped. My room is 35m2 with a cool and beautiful sea view. Here, just walking about 500m to the sea is really convenient or you can use the tram, also close to the city center. In addition, the hotel also has a dining room on the top floor, so you can see the whole Dong Hoi. This is a 3-star hotel but in terms of service, I think it deserves 4 stars. If I have the opportunity to return to Dong Hoi, I will still choose Riverside Hotel

It’s the first time to come to such a small remote place in Vietnam. It’s OK to find this hotel. I can speak a few words in Chinese the day before yesterday, but I can communicate in English.
