吃相難看，服務態度不好，在這家酒店住了很多次了，下午2點快退房的時候續住了一天，到了快5點臨時有事取消續住單，主動按20/h給了60，晚上7點多事情處理完了，想要繼續住，問酒店能不能恢復訂單，或者重新下訂單，再把下午的60退給我們，一直説系統不可以操作，如果我們要住，還非要既出了60還要重新下訂單付房費，酒店吃相太難看了，損失一個老顧客👍🏻。
