We chose this hotel because of its non-smoking policy [a lot of hotels in this town allow guests to smoke in the room]. We spent one day in a suite and one day in a 2-bed ”mountain view” room [view from our windows in the pictures] The 2-bed room was huge, 120cm beds, no fridge. The suite seemed bigger in the photos, nice, with a fridge and very big bathroom. Both rooms with A.C., both equipped with a universal charger, a tea set with 2 bottles of water 0,5l each, both with intelligent Xiao Du light, courtains, tv and wc system, windows equipped with mosquito nets. ”Mountain view” and some photos suggest 'Zen' style high end neighbourhood, but in reality it is a very, very regular chinese neighbourhood. There is only chinese name on the hotel building I think. We arrived one hour before the check-in time and get the room without any problem. The young female receptionist was extremely helpful and polite, used the translator app to communicate. She helped us to buy the right tickets and a hotel menager accompanied us to the nearest ticket office. The hotel is very close to the Qin palace and Dream Valley. There are 2 tourist bus lines (A and B) connecting most of the scenic spots, every 30 min, a ticket costs 2 r.m.b. one can pay in cash in the bus, this bus service stops about 4.30 p.m. Apple maps app works OK, google maps app does not work in China. We took a taxi from Yiwu station (1 hour) to get to the hotel, 170 r.m.b. and about 43 km one way if one goes the shortest way or 220 r.m.b. and about 63 km via highway, a taxi from Qingming palace costs about 20 r.m.b. There is an annual ticket for 898 r.m.b., this ticket is for one adult plus one child or just one adult - all 13 scenic spots included [Dream Valley excluded], one can enter each scenic spot only once a day. I think 2 scenic spots in one day is a max,  maybe 3 because most of the spots closes about 4.30 p.m., only one or two are closing about 8 p.m. There is no printed ticket only passport data in their system so you enter by showing the passport.The Hengdian Studios I think are not prepared for foreign tourists at all. Their printed map is very small, hard to read, does not show enter gates or ticket offices, their website is not helping, in theory there is an English version but with very little information, the chinese website is better but still not very helpful, there is no list of all 13 scenic spots or the opening hours, only information about the major ones.

I was lucky that I got a free upgrade with breakfast included. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Clean, good breakfast. Super good shower. Good location, you can walk to 2 studios nearby. Breakfast is abundant. Auntie also helps to fry eggs. The service provided by Xiaotan at the front desk is very good. No English but very friendly. Will return if I have the chance.

Hotel is located right beside Qin Palace scenic area, but is isolated with one restaurant beside the hotel and a few similar Chinese restaurants down the street. Best to get a cab for travelling especially at night. Hotel room does not provide fridge which is a down side but free self service laundromat made up for it. My partner got sick on the second day and staff Rosie (Ling) was super helpful by assisting me with medicine delivery as I did not have a local number and did not want to travel out alone. 非常感谢前台 Rosie 的帮助!

The two-story underground garage is quite large and has a lot of parking spaces. The front desk of the hotel is on 17F. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and arranged a room on 16F. The design of the hotel is quite fashionable, and the rooms are quite large and clean (unfortunately, the view outside the window of the room I arranged is generally blocked). . . The Nut projection is great and very convenient for watching movies. There is a big sofa, but it is a bit too far to watch the projection while sitting on the big sofa. The viewing angle is more suitable and comfortable while lying on the bed. Xiaodu is very considerate, but many lights cannot be turned off at night, and the bright light is a bit depressing. It is very close to the Zhenxing Road Night Market Food Street. It is very convenient to walk there and it is very pleasant to eat and drink. The breakfast buffet is rich. Highly recommended!

There is nothing near the hotel. It’s good for shopping except the first night. I went out for dinner and spent two and a half days in the hotel. The problem is that I saw big flies in the Chinese restaurant and the breakfast room, and even though I was sprayed with anti-mosquito liquid, I was bitten by a few bags. Finally, the kid’s breakfast was a bit expensive. An appetite of 98 yuan and 49 yuan, two slices of bread can’t be eaten.
