Had a good room with wonderful views over the harbour. Staff very friendly and helpful. A funny point is they have a mural of Blackpool being the reception which is obviously either a mistake or ridiculous 🤣

We have stayed here before. This time we found the room disappointing as the mattress was soft and bowed like a banana. The associated restaurant "Table Table" was in need of a serious makeover, not upgraded since our last visit about 8 years ago. We know it's a budget hotel the experience fell short.
It's a shame because the there is so much potential.

Ideal for our requirements. Good location for the ferry terminal. Only downside is no heating in the bathroom making it cold for a winter stay.

Good hotel, good breakfast buffet, diner options are ok - also locals for the sunday roast Meat options, parking ok for your stay, good hotel + parking for a visite to Dover Castle bunkers.
