We were told they had an indoor/outdoor pool and they didn’t. The indoor pool was very packed and had no ventilation and they wouldn’t let us open a door. Our room had no a/c and we tried to cancel when we arrived because we only went there to swim outside and they wouldn’t refund us.

Property was under renovation which made it very difficult to get around. Only one elevator working . Pool was closed when I wanted to go for construction in that area. Staff was great but other than that it was a train wreck!!!

It was dingy. The rooms were fine, but the pool has scum on the water like it hasn’t been cleaned. The breakfast was practically gone by 9. Just clean the pool.

Our room had a ac unit that the motor was going out in. It was extremely loud and we just got ready for bed. We had to sleep without air and no one gave us a discount or anything. Will not stay here again.

The stay was nice. Room was clean but the bed are too firm and the coffee in the lobby was lukewarm. However it was only 6am so maybe it hadn't been replenished yet? No big deal, just reheated it in the microwave.
