We are from Tianjin and passed by here when we went to Yellowstone Park. We were very satisfied with the hotel in every aspect.

The hotel is very clean and tidy.

Buyer beware! Our room (#207) had a serious health/maintenance issue at 11:30p (toilet leaking waste water from base when flushed), but the hotel had no rooms available into which they could move us. There were no available hotels within 50 miles so we had no choice but to stay in that room that night. The motel offered no apology from the manager, nor did they provide any monetary discount. This hotel did not live up to the most basic expectations of a motel room ... clean and safe. Urine/fecal matter on the floor is neither clean, nor safe. Management has been non-responsive.

Excellent breakfast, pancake maker, waffle maker, scrambled eggs and sausage, pastries, coffee, juice, etc..... Rooms and place clean and comfortable. Good parking. Less than 1 hour to Tetons park and 1 hr 40mins to Yellowstone. Only negative was walls were thin and you could hear all your neighbors walking above or making noises on other side of wall. Rooms were priced reasonable for the area. Would stay here again.

The beds were good and slept very well. There was a good hot shower. The WIFI was adequate for personal use. The breakfast included cereal, milk, eggs, bacon and yogurt. There was limited seating for those eating. The check in process was quick and without problems.

Genuinely nice staff. We were arriving at the Motel after midnight and and since reception closes before then the staff went out of the way and checked us in ahead of time and hid the key for us to be able to get in the room after hours. That speaks volumes. I can tell you that most places would just say sorry cant do. Also because of our poor planning, next day we had to cancel remainder of the nights due to reasons that had nothing to do with the Motel itself. Manager worked with ******* and allowed the cancellation without additional charge. Teton West Motel, thank you for going above and beyond policies to accomodate your customers!
