Siro One Za'Abeel, Dubai

The service is excellent in this hotel. The concept is really refreshing and I think it will be popular when it’s rolled out to the rest of the world. The breakfast concept is also unique and healthy. Special mention on housekeeper Sasindu and Pawan who are very friendly

The facilities and rooms are great and this hotel has the potential to be excellent but the management and service are terrible, starting from before my arrival until my departure from the hotel: 1. Called guest services to bring down my luggage when I was checking out. Needed 3 attempts to eventually get an answer. I then proceeded to check out but when I went down to the lobby my bags were no where to be found. It took 45 mins to eventually locate my bags with the help of One&Only staff (not Siro staff). My luggage was so late that I missed my flight due to the hotel staff’s negligence. 2. Ordered room service one day and it took 60 minutes to arrive. I attempted to call and follow up on my order multiple times by phone to eventually reach someone by the 5th try. Staff were apologetic but it seems this is a recurring issue. 3. Breakfast service at Arrazuna is also slow. 4. Before arrival, I tried calling the hotel multiple times on multiple days to change my reservation dates and not once did someone answer. They eventually respond to email but within a 48 hour period. 5. Timings communicated by staff and in hotel guide are different to actual timings applied, for example I was told upon check in that breakfast was until 11:30am, but upon arrival to breakfast at 11am was told that it actually closes at 11am. Same situation happened at the pool: I was told at check in that it’s open till 7pm, but was then told to leave by 6:30pm by the pool staff. To conclude, either the hotel is severely understaffed (and it’s currently not even high season), staff are badly trained with badly run management, or a combination of both. I was really looking forward to my stay at Siro and was planning on staying again the following week as I travel to Dubai regularly and the hotel facilities really are perfect for the health conscious traveller, but given this experience I will be looking for a better managed hotel.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The garden pool is amazing. I, especially, enjoyed the natural view . SIRO customers service was amazing the gym and spa facilities are amazing for relaxing.We were lost and one of your staff was guided us and share all the amazing information about the hotel. Special thanks to hasan and soniya for going above and beyond to make our stay perfect and keep our room clean!

Had the best time , check in with yasmin was wonderful,calm and had a quick check in which was convenient .Visited longevity hub WOOOW booked a massage starting from reception service was amazing and danilo was very patient and made me feel comfortable as it was my first massage . I visited Aelia and met Vijay who was very engaging and helpful.Upon check out I met Ash and he was amazing all smiles and had lots of recommendations for my next stay and I’m definitely coming back !!

Amazing gym facility. We were welcomed and given a thorough tour by tyler where he explained all the gym facilities and then met Brian and discussed the memberships. Love the place and service. Thinking of registering myself and my family.

We stayed at Siro and tried the gym as well. Ash welcomed us with a big smile and accommodated our requests, gave also a great tour of the hotel and facilities. The gym is top notch with all machines you can dream of and classes are fun as well! Love the concept of Siro and the staff is so friendly! Will be back soon.

Beautiful hotel and great concept overall. Definitely worthwhile to check out the spa and their services - Sujan was great! Overall for those looking for a comfortable and beautiful hotel with great wellness amenities, Siro definitely has it!
