The service provided by the staff in each department is very attentive and considerate. The three meals a day in the restaurant are delicious and the service is quite good. There are two activities per person per day, and the third person can add 1,190 dirhams to include dinner and activities.

The water quality of the hotel's swimming pool is relatively poor, and my body feels itchy after swimming! The waiter has a great attitude!

Really worth living

The location is relatively remote. There are animals appearing around from time to time. The natural environment is good. You can choose two free tours, and you have to pay extra for the others.

1. Parent-child families are reminded that children must be at least 10 years old before they can check in. 2. The hotel is in the desert, and some roads leading into the hotel are not convenient for small cars to drive in. Please confirm with the hotel in advance which location address to use so as to find the main entrance on the road. 3. All room types should include 3 meals, and it is recommended to book a room with 2 activities. Camel riding is recommended during the activity. It is not very hot from 18:15 in the afternoon. The journey takes 15 minutes. You can ride to the depths of the desert to rest. Champagne, water, soft drinks, nuts and fruits are provided, and then it takes another 15 minutes to ride back. For room types, you can refer to other pictures on Ctrip. The facilities are relatively new. The food and service are absolutely beyond expectations, and you can expect more from this hotel. Starting from breakfast, there are steaks and smoked salmon. I ordered lobster fried rice several times in the evening, which is enough for half a lobster; among steaks, fillet is recommended. Breakfast juice and coffee are free, and juice and beer for lunch and dinner will be charged separately. Free (sparkling) water is provided. Counting the private swimming pool, three meals and desert activities, the price-performance ratio is not bad. The most noteworthy thing is the hotel service, especially the restaurant service. All three meals can be ordered to the room. If you go to the restaurant, no matter how early or late you arrive, you will always be greeted with a smile. The service is very diligent, but not too enthusiastic to feel disturbed. It is said that you can order dishes 24 hours a day (I don’t know if there is an additional charge), and the included dinner will be delivered to the room at 10 o’clock. It is always worth going there, and the service is worthy of tipping.

Everything here is great. First: The facilities are clean and sanitary, and the cleaning is very diligent. Even if we stay for several days in a row, the bedding is changed every day. The room service staff carefully observed that we like to eat dates, so they gave us two the next day. Second: The activities are very interesting. Although horse riding is paid, it is very interesting. All other activities are great. Here I would like to praise Michael, the activity butler, who took us to various places and provided first-class service explanations and arrangements. Third: I would like to thank all the staff in the catering department. They really tried their best to serve us. We missed the breakfast time due to illness but it was not the lunch opening time. We went to the restaurant with a try-it-out mentality. We met the restaurant manager and told him that we were not feeling well and wanted to eat now. The restaurant arranged for the service staff to serve us watermelon juice (given at breakfast standard) and arranged for the chef to prepare the lunch menu for us. They also made white porridge for us. I have stayed in luxury hotels all over the world, but the service of this restaurant is the No. 1 I have ever seen. Fourth: The front desk staff and the golf cart driver are very good, especially a fat black man who took us to chase Oryx at night. Fifth: This is the best of the five hotels I stayed in during my trip to the UAE.

Very happy one day and one night, participated in desert activities, few people, the waiters are very enthusiastic, the bedding is very good. The environment is very natural. It is recommended that people who are afraid of insects do not come. There are some bees, but they do not sting. The hygiene is also very good, quiet, and no children come.
