We had a amazing experience stay as well as staff are very accommodating specially Islam from fnb he is friendly always smiling and attentive we had a breakfast in La Brasserie ,Entertainment as well is super amazing we will surely be back soon!

Nazar is the best to start with , he in in house keeping department , he assured the best in all terms , room cleanliness and service in time , Food was great , music , place and staff were great , its a place to do again definitely and see you soon !!!

Overall, it was a nice staycation experience for us. Lydia, the receptionist was very courteous and helpful. Though the main pool was closed for some time due to renovations, there are other amenities to enjoy. I loved the raining street. P.S. The breakfast buffet at La Brasserie was great, and Islam assisted us and made sure that we will be satisfied with the food service. But I would like to call the attention of this Supervisor named ROBIN from France, he was very RUDE telling us while we were enjoying our food that “he thinks we don’t have breakfast included in our hotel stay”. When in fact we have added breakfast meal upon booking. He could have asked nicely and not assume right away. He doesn’t have the proper etiquette as a supervisor in a supposedly nice restaurant in a very lovely place.

Firstly the staff generally are very efficient and attentive and a big shout out to Chef Duncan who makes great omelettes in the morning. The rooms are lovely with great rainfall shower, however very limited space for toiletries. The room cleaned everyday and was spotless. The beach is clean and the staff attentive serving drinks and food. The pool is huge and this is where I had some issues - the music starts at 10am and finishes at 11pm the DJ's are great with some awesome sounds however the volume is not acceptable in my opinion, even from your room with the doors closed you can hear the thud of the music! I asked reception could they turn it down which wasn't actioned. I appreciate the hotel maybe trying to appeal to a certain type of Vibe but Monaco doesn't have ultra loud music it's more sedate in the background. Therefore if you are looking for a quote hotel please look elsewhere. Additionally the structure needs some attention as per the images.

I visited the resort with my best friend to celebrate her last day in Dubai. The place was perfect for having fun, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. In particular, Sahadat was incredibly helpful throughout the day, assisting us with our boat arrangements and even helping to return the sunglasses we left at the pool. Afar and the team at the pool bar were also great! I would definitely recommend this resort if you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

Hotel needs inspected and closing down it is incredibly not fit to accommodate a human. It's filthy, moldy, smelly and very dated. The hotel will end up making people very poorly, stay clear and stay healthy. Human Hair in bedding and on pillows, cleaner sleeping on another rooms bed there were 2 staff in there, no refund given, mold everywhere, feet dirty from walking on the carpet, just a very unfit for purpose hotel, please stay clear.
