I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel, particularly with the "Love in Dubai" package. I had high hopes for this experience, as I chose your hotel specifically for its reputation and the promise of a memorable celebration for my wife's birthday. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations. Here are the key issues we encountered: Lack of Personalized Service: Despite informing your staff about my wife's birthday, there was no acknowledgment or special treatment, which was a significant letdown. Delayed and Subpar Cake Service: The promised birthday cake was delivered late, without a candle, and required multiple follow-ups. Room Service Issues: The absence of an iron in our room caused unnecessary delays and stress. Dining Experience Disappointment: The dinner menu was limited compared to what was advertised. Additionally, the service was inconsistent, with waiters unfamiliar with the dishes they were serving. Poor Communication and Follow-up: Despite expressing our concerns to the staff, including Lydia, we have yet to receive a call from the manager, as promised. I believe that these issues significantly detracted from what should have been a special occasion. I hope you will take these concerns seriously and take steps to improve your services. I would appreciate it if you could address these issues and provide a satisfactory resolution. I am open to discussing this matter further to ensure that future guests do not have similar experiences.
