"This is the biggest hotel room I've ever stayed in, and I've traveled half the world and rarely write reviews. Everything was perfect: the location, the views, the room, and the cleanliness. The only thing is we were on the 29th floor, which is very high (but thankfully there's a lock on the balcony). I highly recommend it!"

"Location is quite good but due to loads of construction works around (at the moment of our stay) traffic was always congested in the hotel area and it took ages to drive anywhere. Same problem with the view from the pool: construction works(( The room itself is nice, nothing fancy though. The hotel was in operation for less than a month but it seemed like it was old already (scratches on the door, stains on the walls). We booked a room to have a nice view but construction works (again) and dirty windows made it hard to enjoy the sight. We could barely sleep at night because the walls are so thin that it seems your neighbors are in your room. Plus you can hear everybody passing by your room. Another HUGE problem are elevators. There are only 8 elevators for almost 80 floors: the wait is not long, it’s super long. On top of that one of the screens on our floor was not working which doubled that super long wait. Elevators are dirty, screens showing floor numbers are dirty, while going up in the elevator you are supposed to be stunned by the view but the windows are dirty. If you go up to relax in the infinity pool you’ll see that some of the windows were not even cleaned after finishing construction works. There are dozens of stuff downstairs but to find one helpful would be a problem. Everyone is always busy or they just pretend to be busy. They are NOT there for you. Overall I wouldn’t really recommend CIEL, it’s not bad but the level of service is low, level of comfort is low. It’s not Dubai level let’s say. P.S. First picture is the NEW elevator in the NEW hotel. You don’t expect to see sealing tape in a 5-star hotel."
