The lobby was really crowded before. This time there were fewer people, and the luggage was delivered quickly. Check-in and check-out are very convenient, and there is no deposit. I wrote an email in advance to inform that I want a high-rise room with a good view and want to check in early. The hotel responded to the email very quickly. And arranged a room on the top floor for me, which is great! If I come to Dubai next time, I think I will choose Atlantis again!

The room is very large, with two 1.5-meter double beds and a sofa bed. A family of four can stay there without any pressure. The bed and pillow are very comfortable, not too soft and supportive to the body. You can completely relax after a night's sleep. The service is great, especially full of details. When I asked for 4 sets of toiletries, the waiter quickly brought them to the room. When we went out to play, the waiter also rolled up several messy charging cables and tied them up with straps, and the charging head was covered with an anti-bending head. This service is perfect. There are many recreational activities in the hotel, the water park can be entered and exited many times, and all kinds of large slides are fun. The lost water world has many marine life and strong enrichment. The dining experience next to the aquarium is superb. There are many restaurants in the hotel, and there are several restaurants with meals. Others marked with * are high-end restaurants that need to be paid separately. The buffet food is very good, with a variety of flavors, including Japanese sushi, Indian food, Middle Eastern Arabic food, Chinese food, Western food, etc., which can satisfy the stomachs of tourists from all over the world.

Atlantis on Palm Island, Chinese people had better not stay there. First, hardware, except for some movies, the whole facilities are more than three stars. With a room rate of four or five thousand anywhere in the world, you can enjoy a high-quality stay in Ritz, Mandarin, and W comfortably, but here you can only buy a fast hotel, which is so simple that you can't believe it! Second, service attitude. The price difference between local residents and Chinese for the same standard room type is 500 dirhams. Chinese people have to pay nearly 1,000 yuan more to stay there. This problem was solved through negotiation with Ctrip, but more than two hours were wasted. The front desk here is the least efficient and the worst I have ever seen. There is an Asian woman who I don't know if she is from the Philippines or somewhere else. She can chat with guests for half an hour but can't complete a check-in. I can only queue up again to find another waiter. The second short Kyrgyz waitress gave me a side sea view room even though she knew I had booked a palm view. It took me another 20 minutes to carry my luggage to the lobby to find the third waiter to change to the booked room. So far, I have no good feelings about this hotel. During the ten-day trip in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, any hotel gave me a super high cost-effective experience. In the city center, Rover 500 can face the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. For convenience, you don't have to store your luggage and you can check in early. The price of the sailboat is twice that of the Ater, but the feedback experience is four to five times. The sailboat is the experience of the chief, while Ater may not even be considered a fisherman. There are Indian staff asking you Your room number? Your room card? I feel like I owe them a debt of interrogation every three steps and inspection every five steps when I stay here. I also observed that there are not many black-haired and black-eyed guests in the whole hotel. These Indian guys of other skin colors never asked for room numbers and room cards and bowed their heads. The above Dubai and Abu Dhabi hotels are the only ones I stayed in during the entire trip. The others are 120% satisfied and the service is very considerate and thoughtful. If the sailboat is a result of paying the money, then the hotels of three to five hundred are also very high-quality and efficient. Thinking of the movie scene and wanting to punch a card, it became a black spot of the whole trip. If you don't want to ruin your good mood during the trip and feel like you've fallen into a mud pit, avoid this store. Next time I come, I am willing to pay more to stay in the sailboat suite to enjoy the high-end treatment. Counting the Hermes fruit caviar dessert chocolate and other things, it is not much more expensive than this one. It is simply incomparable.
