The kitchen was great! The room wasn't spacious, and the bathroom drainage was poorly designed; even adding an extra small bed wouldn't be possible. The room they gave us was different from the one we booked, meaning some people had to sleep on the floor.

The hotel boasts an open-air swimming pool on the 54th floor, offering a direct view of the Burj Khalifa, which creates a fantastic atmosphere. The facilities are very new, and it's super convenient to get to the Mall. If you're renting a car, they also provide valet parking.

The room was pretty decent for being in the city. We booked the half-board option, choosing breakfast and dinner. However, there was a discrepancy regarding dinner; the front desk and the restaurant staff told us different things. We were initially told both the second and third-floor restaurants were options. When we went to the second floor, they said no, and it took some back-and-forth communication to resolve it. Then, at the third-floor restaurant, they also said no, despite the front desk confirming it was fine. We went back to the third-floor restaurant, and again, they refused. Isn't this something that should be synchronized internally within the hotel?

Check in was smooth and was attended by Rash. She was courteous and helpful in getting the room. Was given a room on a higher floor facing partial Dubai frame. The soap etc is very poor quality and bed sheets not white, something not expected of such hotel.
Bikash at concierge was rude and I feel need training on customer relations. Gave him the card and instead of handing back, he just placed on the table. Valet parking was also slow and disorganised. Imagine waiting 30 mins just for them to pick up the car. I don't see this in Sofitel Downtown or the JW Marriot.
Location is ok but there are definitely other better hotels around the area. Other facilities such as steam room and pool area are quite old.

The room is relatively large and the decoration integrates a lot of local elements. At first glance, it was okay, but it was still rough. At first, the front desk couldn't find the reservation. I asked the housekeeper to contact for a long time, and finally said that I had received a message from the agent. It seems that it is not Trip.com that I booked directly with the hotel, but through a local agent. The experience is not very good, or the international hotel chain is more reliable. Other aspects are quite satisfactory, if there are other options, it is not recommended to live here.

Came here with my mom for 3 nights. Location is quite good. The metro is 400m away and you can access many parts of dubai. Behind the hotel and nearby there are convenient stores and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are well trained, professional and courteous. The room and Bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is good. As i am writing this, we had to extend another day due to the war happening between Iran and Israel. Airports are shut. The staff managed to give us a good rate to extend our stay.

Latif JabarStayed at Number One Suites, Dubai during a short layover, and it was a comfortable choice. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet—perfect for resting between flights. Check-in was smooth, staff were polite, and the location made the transit hassle-free. Simple, practical, and value for money for a layover stay.

Guest UserCentral located (metro station: World Trade Center— 7 to 10 minutes walk to the station), easy to access to anywhere in Dubai. Many nice restaurants on the way to the metro station too and some even run 24hrs.
Spacious rooms, friendly staff, well- equipped amenities and unlimited water refill. Highly recommended this hotel!

The woman at the hotel reception, I don't know if she's new! She was clueless about everything! And her attitude was terrible! At first, she said the suite I booked wasn't available. I asked her to confirm, and then she said it was, and the room was ready, but check-in time was 2 PM, and early check-in would cost extra. I asked her how much, and she initially said 600 dirhams. I said okay, then the manager came over and said the room would be ready in about ten minutes and we'd check in right away. A while later, she said the room was ready and we could check in, but since it was a suite, it would cost double, 1200 dirhams. I was speechless. Why didn't she say it was 1200 dirhams earlier? Even her manager agreed, how could she be so incompetent? And why couldn't she let guests check in early if she had a vacant room? How could she be so stubborn? I was so angry at that point, I wasted over an hour of my time. I told her I wanted to cancel, that I wouldn't stay, and then she said she'd apply for it! It was truly unbelievable!! At Atlantis, we arrived at 7 AM, and although check-in was at 3:30 PM, she said she'd check us in immediately even though there was a vacant room.
