Residence Inn Columbus Dublin

Took a trip with my adult daughter and stayed in King Studio room, which was very nice. We didn't really need a full kitchen as we were only staying one night. Was a bit put off when I couldn't find any beverage glasses in the cupboard. Ended up discovering a bunch of dishes in the dishwasher. I had no idea if these had been washed or not and therefore, ended up running the dishwasher as a precaution. I feel like a sign posted somewhere indicating that dishes have been cleaned/sanitized would be a welcome courtesy for incoming guests. When I opened the dishwasher and pulled out the bottom rack, the dishwasher just about fell out of the cabinet! I forgot to mention that to the front desk -- we were in room 221. Otherwise our short stay was comfortable and I would stay there again.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly and accommodating, especially Tyler and Chirstina. My room was very clean and comfortable. The mattress was also quite comfortable. There was plenty of room with multiple rooms and closet space for clothing. I would recommend staying here.

Loved this hotel! Everyone who works here is amazing. So nice & helpful. The renovations are looking great. They seem almost all done & it wasn’t an issue at all. We walked to old Dublin. Went to the zoo. Breakfast was great! Even gluten free & dairy free muffins for my daughter! Thank you. We’ll be back.

Elite Marriott member who spends 100+ nights a year as a business and leisure traveler. The property and staff were all top notch. 5/5 recommend. The staff and service really sets this property apart! I specifically want to mention AGM Teresa Hinkle. She was exceptionally accommodating and responsive to resolving an issue during the stay. Thank you! We visited during late April. Checkin was a breeze, and staff happily brought us extra towels, etc. Clean, spacious room. Excellent location in close proximity to food and drink. The free breakfast was excellent. Definitely a step above! We will see you again!

I stayed here for work recently and would highly recommend it. The staff was very friendly and the suites were spacious and clean. The free breakfast was quite extensive, and the staff even went the extra mile to put out coffee extra early (5am) in the morning for travelers. Great place!

We booked into this hotel for a business appointment in Columbus, not realizing until later that we'd stayed here last summer on the way to another business trip in TN. As then, this property was very nice. We actually were assigned the same room as the previous stay, a two-bedroom, two bathroom suite, #328. The room was immaculate, which was a huge relief after some of the experiences we've had of late, (https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g37209-d91599-r861548331-Residence_Inn_by_Marriott_Indianapolis_Airport-Indianapolis_Indiana.html), restoring our faith in the Residence Inn chain. The only slight issue we have is that the "Digital Key" feature on the Bonvoy app doesn't seem to work as well as the Hilton Honors app does, but that's a small price to pay. I'd rather stop at the front desk for check-in and be assured of a clean room than whiz by the front desk only to be confronted with an unacceptable accommodation. Thanks to housekeeping staff for making this a pleasant experience.

My family enjoyed a great and relaxing stay at this property. Hats off to the staff for a job well done. 👏 The room was spacious and overlooked the patio below with beautiful landscaping and a fire pit. Very quite on the fourth floor and the place was super clean! Beds were comfortable and the small kitchen was an added bonus. Huge walk in shower! The indoor pool is large and heated and towels provided. There is a basketball court just outside the pool which was nice for the kids to play. Great location and close to shopping, restaurants, and the bypass. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We just stayed in the 2 bedroom suite while visiting Ohio State. It was roomy and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean ! Coffee was available all day which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.
