We booked into this hotel for a business appointment in Columbus, not realizing until later that we'd stayed here last summer on the way to another business trip in TN. As then, this property was very nice. We actually were assigned the same room as the previous stay, a two-bedroom, two bathroom suite, #328. The room was immaculate, which was a huge relief after some of the experiences we've had of late, (https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g37209-d91599-r861548331-Residence_Inn_by_Marriott_Indianapolis_Airport-Indianapolis_Indiana.html), restoring our faith in the Residence Inn chain. The only slight issue we have is that the "Digital Key" feature on the Bonvoy app doesn't seem to work as well as the Hilton Honors app does, but that's a small price to pay. I'd rather stop at the front desk for check-in and be assured of a clean room than whiz by the front desk only to be confronted with an unacceptable accommodation. Thanks to housekeeping staff for making this a pleasant experience.
