This hotel is incredible and I’m so happy I took a chance and made a reservation despite that I wasn’t sure as it was my first time visiting Dublin. The hospitality, the facilities and the location right in the heart of the city was PERFECT! They even help me schedule my tours and coordinate everything! My birthday was a Wednesday and the reception team sent me a sweet note, a box of chocolates and tickets for complementary drinks. This detail I will forever remember it and a special thank you to Dylan and Karen for showing up to my room and surprise me on my bday. Hope everyone can get to experience what I did this week. It's a hotel for crashing at, not one for planning a romantic stay in. I had a nice stay here, probably because I knew what to expect. There's a lot of negative reviews on here. I would say overall, this hotel is what I expected and not as bad as these other reviews make it out to be! Stayed in march 2023 for a stag do, as a group of 7. All rooms were twin double. The welcome reception staff were friendly and helpful. Had to put a €100 damage deposit on arrival, for each room - refunded at the end. Reception is small, so it can be a bit cramped. The rooms themselves were a bit tired: The carpet was old and didn't reach the walls in places. Limited number of power sockets - one across the other side of the room. The windows need cleaning with mould remover - not expensive - and would remove some of the cigarette smell, I think. Floors are a bit wonky, and they squeak. The bathroom was just ok... Toilet didn't have a great flush. Water pressure in shower was quite low and the Bathroom seemed clean. The room was clean enough - Towels and bedding were clean. The bed was comfy, lots of pillows Curtains let a lot of light in, so sleep mask probably good to have. The pub is above a night club with shared beer garden, so it can get loud - being on the top floor, didn't seem too much of an issue but I had ear plugs anyway. The hotel is warm, even with radiators off. The location is ideal for night life. To go back to my first point, this is a 1 star hotel. You're going to get a 1 star experience. Thank you to the staff. I hope you clean the mould from the windows, as it's really not a difficult/expensive job and it's not nice for guests to see. This is why I am giving 3 stars, not 4.

I had to find a Hotel quickly in Dublin as my regular place was sold out. This was an incredible surprise. The rooms are advertised as smaller but honestly even though they are not large they are so well laid out it seemed much larger than it was. It had most everything I am used to such as a refrigerator, Hot water electric pot, a place to set my luggage on and hang up my clothes. It even had a decent sized shower and bathroom area. It has a good sized room safe, a fold down area for a laptop and quite a large flat screen Television with a good number of channels. The place seemed like new and was immaculate. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and well worth the price. Tucked away a few steps off the main drag so it was quiet as well.

Point A Hotel, what can I say. Well presented inside and out, the access to bedrooms locked behind a key card, the bar and breakfast area also immaculate. As you enter your bedroom it is well organised and has everything you need. The bed was a firm mattress but that was perfect, a surprised samsung 43” TV was waiting to be watched from the wall. With LED strip lights and mode lights all around the room and a decent air con to go with. The room had a safe but i never needed to use it. The one LED strip light on the curtain track was losing its stick and i had to reattach it everytime the curtains where opened. Speaking of which the arrangement I felt was weird as it typically goes curtain than net curtain from inside looking out, this hotel went net curtain then curtain. Maybe you do get some rooms with a view, i most certainly did not, considering how close it is to the heart of the city and Temple Bar. My window view consisted of an opposite rooms window and exterior build walls and a steep drop down below. If you are looking for a well presented hotel with decent sleep quality, this hotel is for you, if you are on your own this hotel may not be for you, due to its lack of hot meals at breakfast and throughout the day. For a hotel at £180 a night, you could easily get a hotel with a hot food breakfast and evening meals nearby, the price structure like the rest of Dublin is overpriced for what it is, one of the cheaper priced hotels but still not worth the price. The breakfast was ”okay” you had a selection of 2 cheeses, 3 sandwich meats, 3-5 pastry options like pain au chocolat, croissants, scones, sausage rolls and mini bread rolls / baguettes. Was some cereal options too, a choice between orange juice, apple juice and ice water, then your usual hot drinks choice. It was all fresh and well presented, i just wish it had a cooked option too. In terms of location, ignoring the building opposite that was a form whiskey shop. It was great, right around the corner from O'connell Street, where it was incredibly busy, multiple shopping centre esque buildings along each side street, with id say 10 minutes you can be in Temple Bar area on the South Side of the River by foot. With such easy access to trams, buses, taxis near enough on your doorstep, and the far enough away from Temple Bar to not hear it, but close enough to go there was ideal. In quiet traffic from the airport you can make it in 15minutes. So to summarise, it was a good, but overpriced

Comfy stay, rooms were clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was small but delicious. Hotel is in the vicinity of four supermarkets (Tesco, Aldi, Lidl and a polish place I can’t remember the name of but they had great bread) and ＜10min drive away from the north dock conference center which was convenient for my work trip.

The house is small, but the facilities are complete and there is a kettle to boil water. Good location Just on the main street, walk to Trinity College for 5 minutes, go to the shopping festival for 5 minutes, and be close to the bar street.

I live on the 6th floor. There are 18 rooms on each floor with 12 beds in each room. There are two toilets and two bathrooms on each floor. Fortunately, many people know how to shower, so they are enough. Bath towel €2. You have to enter the room with a key card. Remember to bring the lock to the locker. There are many homeless people in the lift lobby on the two floors who can come and go freely. There are USB plugs, two lights, and curtains. Turning on the heating in winter is a bit hotter, and it avoids the symphony of snoring, making it difficult to fall asleep. Most people prepare to go out to the bar in the evening and return after 2am. The location is in a central area, and there are many drunk people peeing everywhere after dark, so you have to watch the road.

Beautiful hotel in a peaceful and gorgeous part of Dublin. A few minutes walk away from the Green Line LUAS. The more compact bedrooms are a bit on the small side for a couple, but they’re still well appointed, very new and clean, and comfortable. The hotel bar is cosy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the lack of parking, you’ll have to park onstreet at fairly considerable expense. Not really the fault of the hotel, but it is something to note if you’re driving here.

Lovely budget hotel about 20 mins walk from Temple Bar area. Upon arrival nothing was too much and a warm welcome from Diana , giving us a coffee as we had come in on an early morning flight. Rooms were clean and basic. Comfortable bed , lovely clean shower room with powerful shower. A bit tight for room but it was only a base to get our heads down and change. There is a vending machine for morning coffee … easy walk into town… just follow the tram tracks , and easy for the Guinness Storehouse and Jameson Distillery. Excellent value for money if you’re going to be spending most of your time away from the hotel , but comfortable enough to unwind for a few hours too.

Was very disappointed with room seemed a bit worn or well lived in, but thankfully we only checked in at 16.30 and checked out 5am following morning. Restaurant service, food, drinks and staff were 100% perfect. Car parking was OK too, really short shuttle ride to airport and only a short wait 15mins for collection back to car. So really only let down for me was the room, I'm guessing if you stayed longer you would get a better class of room? other than that good job and staff are a credit to this hotel
