Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff. Great standards of cleanliness and amazing customer service. Very well looked after by Sara, a real credit to the establishment. Food was great , had breakfast every day , staff booked taxi’s for me also which was greatly appreciated.

TV in the room didn't work, WiFi worked in reception but didn't reach the room, and the room itself was no better than a Premier Inn it Travelodge. When I asked for help getting my TV working I was basically told "sorry nothing we can do" and when I asked to swap to a different room with a working TV I was told no. I cannot sleep without the TV or some kind of background noise, and when I told them this I was greeted with "top bad" and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told no, they wouldn't get one. Utterly pathetic service

We have a fantastic family occasion at the Maples and stayed for 2 nights, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, we have to compliment the chef for the wonderful Irish Breakfast, and food at the evening event . A special Thanks to the manager Patricia who made sure we were looked after and the family event all went well and everyone had a fantastic time 🍀
