Двухуровневые апартаменты фактически с двумя спальнями и душевыми комнатами и туалетами. Мощный кондиционер! Кухня с микроволновкой и холодильником. Чисто, ничего лишнего, а что может потребоваться при кратковременном пребывании - всё есть. Wi-fi имеется, но работает нестабильно. Пожалуй, на это хозяину следовало бы обратить внимание. Отношение хозяина - очень доброжелательное, помощь с трансфером из аэропорта и полезные советы по возникающим вопросам. Местоположение на первый взгляд далековато от Старого города, но на самом деле туда можно добраться минут за 15 максимум на такси. При этом за 10-15 минут, но уже пешком можно дойти до продуктовых магазинов, множества ресторанов, а также (если кому интересно))) и до моря, конкретно пляжа Sunset beach.

What more can I say about my stay at Nikola apartment than amazing! I stayed there a total of 12 days and my overall stay met expectations. I stayed in 2 apartments as I extended my stay and both apartments were super clean and very spacious. The apartment is located in an ideal area as everything you could want and need is within walking distance - supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, bus stop, beach, shops, everything. As a female solo traveler, safety is always super important to me and I felt very safe in the neighborhood, from early mornings to late nights. As the old town isn’t that close to the apartment (10 minute bus ride) I would highly recommend to walk at least once (about minutes) but the scenery is definitely worth it!

This apartment house is located in Lapad area of Dubrovnik and exceptionally convenient - City Bus (Line #4) stops right in front of it and not only can you go to the famous City Walls in 10 minutes using the Bus, many restaurants, pubs, local supermarkets and Sunset Beach are all in short walking distance. The apartment itself has 2 floors, and is well furnished and clean. The owner, Nikola, is very friendly and accommodating: he has replied to my queries in kind and professional manner and gave me lots of tips that were valuable in getting around in Dubrovnik. Great place. Highly recommended.

Great stay in a nice loft apartment, gorgeous view from the patio. Host was wonderful and very responsive to any questions or needs. Walking distance to the grocery store, great restaurants and the beach. Would stay again. Very nice stay in Dubrovnik and a big part of that was this apartment. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice quiet place with easy access to the ocean and the old town.

We have just spent a great 3 nights at this apartment. Nikola was a great host, kept in contact with us and ensured that we had everything that we needed. He gave us lots of useful information with regards to local amenities and transport links. The apartment is a few minutes walk to the beach, there is a supermarket also within a few minutes, lots of restaurants too. A great place for a family holiday and within easy reach of Old Town Dubrovnik. Highly recommended.
