2 night stay at Six senses to visit the local area and Wolong Panda Reserve with my adult daughter. From the moment I made contact with the hotel the staff were amazing. The hotel arranged airport pick up (thank you Kevin) and from the moment we landed we were taken care of. Fresh fruit and tea served en route to the hotel and a smooth journey despite the snow. A big shout out to Kevin and Yuki for their helpfulness both before and during our stay. The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent. The rooms, the spa, the restaurant were all exceptional. Look forward to returning to stay here again. Thanks also to Melissa for ensuring our stay was amazing 🤩

During the Spring Festival, I took my two children to Dujiangyan and stayed in the Panda Family Suite of the Bailun Hotel. I was very satisfied. The receptionists Xiao Wang and Xiao Yang were warm and friendly. There were free snacks and the hotel's Spring Festival activities. The children were very happy. The room was clean and tidy, especially Auntie Xiao Liu was thoughtful and considerate, and gave the children small gifts. Thank you so much. Hot milk and yogurt were delivered in the evening, which was very heartwarming. It was very quiet and comfortable to sleep. It is worth recommending!

The overall experience of this stay was great. The front desk staff was very considerate and the floating breakfast they prepared was also innovative, which added a lot of fun to the journey. However, there are some small details that I would like to share with the hotel, hoping to make the subsequent guests' experience more perfect. There are no clothes hooks around the hot spring pool, which is not very convenient for hanging clothes. It would be great if a few more could be added. In addition, it is recommended that the housekeeper contact the guests in advance to help fill the hot spring pool with water so that you can enjoy the comfort of taking a hot spring bath as soon as you arrive in the room. The delivery time of this breakfast deviated from the original plan. The rice noodles were dry before the hot spring pool was filled with water, which affected the dining experience. I hope that the delivery time can be optimized. I look forward to the hotel getting better and better in the future, and I will choose to stay again next time if I have the chance!

It is very close to the scenic spot, so I chose this hotel. The overall environment is very grand. The front desk service attitude is very ok. There is coffee in the room, and it can be delivered to the room, which is very warm. The hotel has a large parking lot and free parking

Saw torn and stained bath towel on 1st day. (See photo). Subsequent days, ok. Location is great - 10.mins walk to the railway station and around 25mins walk yo the ancient city, North Bridge, etc. Breakfast co-hosted by Holiday Inn. Disappointed - we went in around 8:15 am. Most food not replenished. No pancake available at pancake stand. Said sold out. Staffs eager to clear table. By 9am, no kitchen staff around. So we cancelled next day breakfast. Website said there is massage room. Tried to make booking, reception said no. Asked if there is massage nearby, reception asked me to search the website. Google, FB and WhatsApp were blocked. Reception staffs don't speak English. Wish they smile.

Beautiful hotel to experience! The staff were very helpful - the hotel is on a very steep road and hotel staff will arrange for a suitable vehicle to take you through the mountain roads, or help arrange a local driver if you want to go off the mountain for a very reasonable price. The restaurant selection is quite limited but the food quality is good. We enjoyed eating in the hotel both nights (there are no nearby restaurants). Breakfast is simple but not bad. Not many selections but the food quality is good and flavors are nice. Be prepared and bring some snacks or anything else you will need, as there are no nearby stores, and because of this the hotel is very relaxing. We left the hotel relaxed, satisfied, and very pleased with our experience.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the high-speed rail station. There is also a large bus station nearby, which can go directly to nearby attractions. The room is large, clean and sanitary, and has a bathtub. In the cold winter, it is so comfortable to take a bath after playing. The hotel has a rich breakfast, and also provides a black chicken mushroom hot pot set meal on weekend nights. I didn't expect much at first, but I didn't expect it to taste surprisingly good. I will definitely stay there next time if I have the chance!

I used to stay in Qingcheng Back Mountain, but now I find a hotel that is more convenient than Qingcheng Back Mountain. Every time I come here, I want to enter retirement life early. The hotel is located in Hongkou, surrounded by mountains and rivers, facing the Baisha River, hidden in the mountains and forests, as if you have arrived in the paradise described by Tao Yuanming. The environment is quiet and the rooms are elegant, from service to dining, from experience to view. Service: The housekeeper thoughtfully called us to remind us before check-in, and asked us in advance what time we would arrive and dinner arrangements for the evening. When we arrived at the front desk, he took the initiative to help us carry our luggage and send it to the room. It was really considerate. When we arrived at the room, we had already turned on the lights and music in advance. The BOSS sound system in the room provided pleasant music, which was very comfortable. Mountain streams, flowing water, surrounded by green mountains, full of details, I immediately gave it to my friends on the first day I moved in! Every autumn scene is stunning, like Tao Yuanming's paradise. You can put on a fairy skirt and take photos as beautiful as you like. Meal: Using authentic local ingredients, the breakfast is exquisite and rich, and tastes very good.

Ok, the service is still OK, there is a problem to find the front desk is still relatively fast, the hotel is also more distinctive. The location is also OK, the hotel is a road to the red flag supermarket, shopping is convenient. The mattress is comfortable, not too soft, praise. But it is not recommended to live in the same floor room as the restaurant (the fifth floor or the sixth floor, I forgot), the upstairs should be a hot pot restaurant, very noisy at night, not quiet at all; and the restaurant floor is very noisy in the morning, there is a voice in the corridor before 7 o'clock, sound insulation is really not good. In addition, breakfast is average, there is no hot dish, the table in the restaurant is a six-person table, you need to wait for a table with others. Water is a water dispenser, no bottled water, sealing and dates are unknown, mind if you can buy water at a nearby supermarket.

Such a beautiful and welcoming hotel! We had the family room on the top floor. It was spacious, the bed was huge and super comfortable, the shower was hot and the toiletries smelled amazing! The view was to the mountains and you could hear all the countryside morning sounds when waking up! The staff are super helpful too! I cannot thank them enough for all the advice and help. Although they do not speak English, we had no problem at all communicating via translator apps. For foreigners, like us, who do not drive — it is worth mentioning, that the hotel is at the end of the road, right in the mountains. You will need a taxi to go anywhere and taxis are more expensive there, because you either need to use local services or pay extra to didi drivers so they agree to drive you up the mountain serpentines. There was no massage, as listed here. It was not a problem for us, we absolutely loved the outdoor pool after a long hike. The restaurant was not working too. But I am aware that you can order food and still have a beautiful meal on one of their terraces. It is a truly idilic and peaceful place, away from the world.
