Hot spring Hotels in Dujiangyan

The location of the hotel is ideal for access to Qingchengshan and the natural hot springs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel could do with a renovation as things are becoming a bit dated, but it was adequate for our needs. We would stay here again, however the price might be higher than other hotels in the area for similar amenities and access to hot springs. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. We enjoyed our stay.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The hot spring in the room is available 24 hours a day, unlike many hot spring hotels in Guangdong that limit the number of times, which is very boring. The service attitude of the staff is also very good. I went there a few minutes before the last stall closed in the morning. They didn't remind me to hurry up and asked me if I wanted to add anything to prepare for me. And it was the first time I saw that baby tableware was prepared directly, which was a good review! So this is the first time I took the initiative to write a good review. Highly recommended!

Arrived in the afternoon of the first day, check-in was smooth, front desk service was very good. Added the housekeeper's WeChat. Went to the room to put down the luggage and went to eat hot pot. After eating hot pot and watching Blue Tears, I went back to the hotel to soak in the hot spring. I went to the outdoor hot spring first, soaked for a while and sent a WeChat to the housekeeper to help us put the indoor hot spring in the sleeping. The housekeeper also gave us a Yaoyu bag. The next morning after breakfast, I soaked in the indoor hot spring again, which was very comfortable. After the hot spring, I went to the Dujiangyan Scenic Area. It took less than 10 minutes to get there by taxi. Hygiene: Excellent Service: The housekeeper responded promptly and the service was very good

Really beautiful setting with lots of flowers and plants in the garden. They upgraded our room for free. Apartment had washing machine and was very spacious. The complex is very quiet and peaceful. Getting a Didi car was easy from the side gate. There are a lot of snack stalls and food outside the 东门 because there is a school next door. Only negative was the house was not very well equipped with things like extra toilet paper, extra trash bags, and hand towels. The kitchen also had pretty sparse amounts of cooking utensils. Overall a really good experience. If you’re looking for something spacious and quiet, off the beaten path and away from the city a bit, this is a good choice.

Stayed 4 night at this hotel on Qing Cheng mountains. 5/5 Concierge was extremely helpful with tendering luggages which was very much needed as some rooms are located on second floor ( no elevator). An assistant was assigned to the room and she (Vicky) could be reached almost 24/7 through texting. I had a small accident in the room first night of my stay and she quickly helped with arranging a different room that was more suited to my needs. She also provided me with first aid etc plus always answer my questions promptly ＜3 Note: breakfast was until 11:30am Has one laundry + dryer machine for hotel guest( free of charge) detergent included Daily replenish water (3 bottles), fruit plate, tea, coffee sachet in the room Hotel rooms, restaurants, hot spring are not in the same structure, requires a short walk outdoor which is very common among hotels on qing cheng mount. Highly recommend eating at the hotel restaurant. Has all the local favorite dishes plus good oil was used. Reasonably priced. They offer free shuttle to train station Hanfu experience was a room with about 50 pieces of hanfu to choose from. For female about 20 -30 pieces, for male about 5 pieces, for kids about 5 pieces.

The back mountain of Qingcheng is really beautiful in autumn. Climb the mountain and stay in this hot spring homestay for one night. It is quiet and comfortable. Soaking in the hot spring is very refreshing. The yard has a secluded feeling. The soup pot in the evening is delicious and the portion is large. The service is also warm and thoughtful. I heard that it will snow in winter. I will come back for a second visit then.

Generally speaking, it is not bad. I have lived here before. It is located halfway up Yulei Mountain. The environment is very good. It is very close to Yulei Mountain Park and Erwang Temple and can be reached on foot. This time I stayed here mainly to escape the summer heat. It is indeed cool in the morning and evening, several degrees lower than Chengdu city, but it is still a bit hot to go out during the day, so I had to stay in the room. Some of the hotel facilities are a bit old, and there are problems with the telephone and safe. Fortunately, the service staff is very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help replace them and solve the problem. They should be praised.

The lady accompanied me to look at each room ~ Finally, I decided on the parent-child room, which I felt so warm at the time; As a result, I found that it was super value when I checked in! The bedding selection is very good, and the toiletries are also from Piero; I went to take a bath in the evening, and I went downstairs without a bath towel. This is a very distinctive hotel. It is not a high-rise building, nor is it a cramped corridor and room. It is a spacious courtyard, with lawns and gardening outside. Here, the hotel itself is a tourist attraction. In this location and this season, the weather is very humid, with a relative humidity of more than 95%. In order to prevent moisture from the quilt, an electric blanket was turned on on the bed, and the air conditioner was turned on in the house to dehumidify. It was the first time I slept on an electric blanket with the air conditioner on, and it was surprisingly very comfortable. I slept until dawn and missed breakfast. In fact, to avoid humidity, you can only use a fully enclosed building with fresh air supply. But to experience the scene of ”opening the door is the view”, it is impossible to build a closed building. In terms of dehumidification, the sisters of the hotel have done a good job. The service staff are also very professional. Starting from parking to greet, holding umbrellas, and leading the way, they are all professional. The only thing I am not very satisfied with is that the lights in the house are a little less, and the lighting is low, but it seems that all hotels now have this problem. I don’t know if there is any special theory to guide it.

This was a great place to spend a couple of days with my girlfriend. Clean room and hotel, helpful and attentive staff, and good amenities, including a 24hr coffee machine downstairs. Be aware that there is a distance to things; to get to Qingchengshan is a 40 minute walk so you'll probably want to get a taxi. The hot springs are about 500 meters away in the complex, but they do have a free shuttle to take you there at any time which is convenient. Your room key gets you access only once per night booked to the hot springs, which I think could be improved upon by giving unlimited. Dinner is also limited to the hotel at night, with nothing else really in walking distance. That being said, dinner was quite good (if pricey) and the included buffet breakfast was also great.
