Overall is ok,

Location is good there’s a convenience shop nearby. The room is clean and the staff is polite

As for the service, it is very good, while the food is standard, while in terms of cleanliness, the room is quite clean, only the water in the bathroom is not dry and the bathroom door is starting to rot.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city, close to places of worship and places to eat. There is free coffee and hot tea all day long.

Recommended for visitors from outside the city, city center and in the crowds

The place is nice

Regretted booking this hotel. When I wanted to check in, he said my booking code was not found. Even though the e-voucher has been issued & has been paid for. The receptionist said that their gotel doesn't have any cooperation with trip.com. But why does this hotel appear in the application. I have communicated with trip.com & they provided the hotel verification code, but the hotel still said they could not find this code. I was still not given a room & had been waiting for 1.5 hours. Finally, trip.com suggested walking in & they compensated. Very disappointed with this hotel & this is the first time this has happened with a hotel booking but how come they said my booking code couldn't be found & there was no resolution from the hotel.
