The room was a nice size and well cleaned. However, the hot tap had a slightly dirty looking brown tint coming through the water. The shower also seemed to suffer from this and the pressure is very weak. Don't underestimate the importance of good shower pressure from the overhead nozzle. Bed was comfortable.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful during my stay in the hotel...the room was perfect for the three of us and the place was spotless..we all enjoyed and would have no problem recommending to our friends..I enjoyed my breakfast and service was good.

Very friendly helpful staff, comfortable room, had been warned it may be noisy but not noisy late. Food nice and friendly staff at restaurant. Great breakfast service. All round nice place to stay……l…………………………………………………………………………………..

My husband and I stayed for the night. We were meeting friends we hadn't seen in a long time.From the check in to sitting at the bar having a few drinks staff were so very friendly and helpful. One barof the female bar staff actually offered a change of bar stool to make us more comfortable. The male bar attendant made fantastic cocktails too. We had appetisers in bar and they were delicious as well. All in all a brilliant experience

Sinead on reception and the dining staff are an absolute credit to you. Sinead couldn't do enough for us and she knew I was there to say my final goodbyes to a family member. The breakfast was amazing and the exec suite was good apart from no pens to fill in the survey or for the pads if paper, they could do with just one bathroom though and the other bathroom as a wet shower room or a walk in wardrobe. The 2nd night we were downgraded to a triple room and boy was that an ordeal, all we could hear was the disco music playing all night and we had to be up at 5am to get the airport coach so no sleep for us. Maybe soundproof walls are needed it was a very expensive room for no sleep.

We just stayed one night in this hotel but found the experience very enjoyable. The location is so central with parking right beside the hotel, the rooms were lovely, the staff were really nice and we had a tasty dinner. Our cooked breakfast was really good. A surprisingly pleasant hotel and one I would stay in again.
