1酒店設施比較老，床頭燈有種快要壞了的感覺
2房間水喝完了，問酒店要幾瓶水，前台直接拒絕並回復“每個房間就兩瓶水”
3電視機一到晚上就沒法看，電視機衹有聲音沒有圖像，第一天晚上讓值班的人來房間檢修沒修好，説是第二天白天安排人來檢修，結果第二天出去玩好回到酒店，問前台修了沒，回覆“你先上去看看，有問題再聯繫”，這明顯就是白天沒檢修

敦煌遊從酒店服務開心一路心情很好，到達敦煌是晚上了正好敦煌在颳大風都是黃沙。大堂經理小馮非常之熱心的給我把房間免費升級了一下 ，碰到鳴沙山臨時關閉也馬上給我們提醒，還推薦了當地好吃的飯店沒有踩坑，每天還會詢問我們的需要，非常的省心開心，特別感謝小馮！酒店位置也很好停車方便，贊！

酒店位置方便，距離莫高窟，鳴沙山，沙洲夜市都很方便。
酒店還主動幫我們升級了房間，整個房間環境非常的棒，很滿意。
酒店服務也很好，我們剛到酒店，小喬就主動幫我們拿行李，送到房間，在入住期間有任何需要幫助的，她都會及時的幫助我們處理，非常的迅速，特別棒。
下次來敦煌還會選擇這個酒店

兩個媽媽帶着兩個孩子出遊，酒店位置很好，到哪裡玩都很方便。房間給安排了可以看到河的地方，夜景很好看。工作人員都很友善，尤其是大堂小馮，非常熱情周到，給我們送了水果，有什麼事情找他都能快速回復解答，感謝，下回會推薦給朋友過來。
