Response was very late from the team, ac for the room was taking time to cool, iron & iron board was not available in the hotel, breakfast choice was very limited.

Ambience and hospitality is superb, and the food is so delicious, i felt fantastic in avalon. Such a beautiful destinations for staying and relaxing, every visitor who are near durg, have to come here and enjoy the luxury style in economic range.
