Hotel Annexe

Our 2nd year reunion function was celebrated in asp officers club on 13th nova 2022, and due to this occasion me and my wife were in durgapur specially in your hotel from 13th to 14th and we really enjoyed our durgapur trip not only our reunion program but also our stay in hotel annexe, reception, room service, food quality was really good. Very frequently we go there. From next time onward s we will stay there.

Spacious property. Give heritage look with garden

Very spacious rooms. Enough parking, good food. Not a very upmarket amenities and average cleanliness.

Location is good. Rooms are very good. Food is good. And staff behaviour is also good

It has a nice location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. No wi-fi in room except room number 104. Firstly i was allotted room number 107 but on wi-fi not working complaint i was shifted to 104. Hotel room requires proper maintenance as room telephone was not working. Wash basin and water taps were broken. Food was okay and amenities were good.

Hotel doesn't have a good power backup. Staff behavior is horrible at the same time

Rooms are dirty. Even the bed sheets were not changed. Upon arrival i had to call the staff and had to ask to provide fresh bed sheets. Shower handle was broken. Food is just below average. Till 3am at night there were lot of disturbance at the lobby outside the room. People were shouting banging on door etc. Better part is rooms are big in size. Location is good.

Maintenance is poor. Continuous water leakage in bathroom. Regulator of fan is not working. Light illumination is very poor. Food is average
