Check in already at 2:00 p.m. without any problems. The breakfast was very good and varied. The staff very friendly and easy to deal with. The rooms were clean and comfortable. :-)
Hotel guests who speak foreign languages are not familiar with the wellness rules, so the staff should be present. Towels were not enough.

I stayed two night at the Radisson blu conferance hotel dusseldoef. Location wise is great the metro is just outside the hotel and a nice park across the hotel. My stay was good due mostly to the assistance of one staff who was pretty amazing. Mariela is a true assest to the Radiason blu. Staff Mariela at the reception was always energetic, smiling and greeting guests no matter how busy she was. I felt like she was the most approchable staff out there. Whenever I approched her for assisstance she was ready to help. She assisted me in my stay at many instances and M sure she does this with every other guest. I forgot my phone charger and she offered to charge it at the reception, she assisted me with the breakfast entrance and solved a small issue, and also when my sister forgot her phone she took all her details and kept her phone safe until she came the next day to pick it up. I feel she goes beyond her job description to assist and make ur stay is comfortable. Mariela is an Amazing staff and I would like to take this opportunity to thank her for all her hard work and the energy she puts on eveyday to assist the guests. Thank u Mariela ur doing great at the Radiason 👍

Wir haben ein Upgrade gemacht und ein Zimmer in den Neubau bekommen. Leider war das Badezimmer voll enttäuschend. Nach dem Duschen stand das Badezimmer unter Wasser. Waschbecken war dazu auch verstopft. Dafür war aber die Ausstattung wie die die Möbel und das große Bett sehr ansprechend. Daher die Gesamtbewertung 4 von 5!
