we stayed for 3 days on a business trip, but we found that the elevator was so crowded that we had to wait quite a long time. the food and breakfast service seems ordinary. but the staff serves guests very well

This hotel actually was named fave hotel cideng then in 2023 renovated with the new management under swisbell chains.. the rooms was nice, they provide netflix and google play, nice location but the rooms was not soundproof and i recomended for guest to choose the room not facing the street ( too noisy with the traffic vehicle ) breakfast not so special hopefully they can improve the variety menu.

Hotel is in good location but beware after late night you won't see any shops open even the convenience shop closes by 10 -10.30 pm at night . There are street food shops outside but quality is not that good . Hotel has in premises restaurant which closes by 11 at night . They do serve alcoholic drinks. Bar is available in the hotel. Security is there in the hotel but not the best they don't screen everyone while entering the lift . Eventhough room was clean observed there are small roaches in the toilet . They do have smoking and non smoking rooms with air con. Safety lockers are available and they work properly . Hot water and bathroom flush worked properly. Tried Nasi goreng with telur in their restaraunt and it was damn good but payment is only via cash . Try to have indonesian rupiah in hand for payments.

coincidentally New Year's here because the location is strategically close to the mall. the service is very good, the employees are friendly and there are a lot of them, it seems like every floor has employees so it's easy to find when you need help. it's a shame when you first arrived you weren't given a welcome drink because maybe the maids were also busy checking in ๐คญ three days there, without even being asked right outside the room was cleaned and tidied up, the gym and swimming pool were close by, so when my child was swimming he could be monitored when he left to the gym. it's just a shame for those who use motorbikes to park in the mall area which is quite far away, you have to go to the mall first ๐ next time I will stay here again.

This is the 2nd time staying in Harris Hotel. As usual, the room is clean and has a good smell. GGuest UserUnique place to staycation in the East Jakarta. I stay in Deluxe Room. My room equipped with various facilities, like Wi-Fi, mini bar, hairdryer, working desk and many other. The Wi-Fi connection is also fast, and for the tv cable have international channel. Suprisingly you can enjoy YouTube, Netflix, Disney Hotstar. The bed so comfy and nice place to relax cause so quite. In the other side, a hotel location is strategic cause close to LRT Cawang Station, Transjakarta, and other transportation. And the price is so affordable. Feel curious to stay in other Vasaka Hotel in the next trip!

The room is renovated, comfort, clean and spacious. Special touch in the room while you check in; the praying corner, the barcode for ordering room service, the welcoming arrangement (art towel, fruit, special printed welcoming note with guest picture). Love the view from the room. Food and beverages served in restaurant. The taste is so authentic homey Minang food and Chinese food โ all tasty. You may find the various dishes. All Halal food and beverages. Love the bubur sumsum (rice flour porridge served with palm sugar), lontong sayur (rice cake with curry veggie soup). You will get lucky, when this hotel holds a special event, such as inviting the Indonesia Master Chef who live cooks in front of the guest. This hotel also has the masjid for pray, and 2 halls for meeting or special event.

Aarh_jkt95Decent room in terms of cleanliness and size it's suitable for business travelers. Great service from the staff starting from security to receptionists to housekeepers. I really had a great time staying at Holiday Inn Express Matraman. The only downside on the other hand was the breakfast. The food was not delicious. Staff working at the restaurant were nice however the food was disappointing in my opinion.

GGuest UserThe hotel condition is fine, rooms are not so big (but enough) with minimalist design. The downside is the tube-bathroomโฆI really hate it. Too small and the material (itโs made from resin I guess) somehow doesnโt make me comfortable. Also the shampoo and conditioner dispenser needs to be pushed quote hardly. Staffs are friendly. BUT the SOP for pandemics situation is quite loose. When I checked-in, other guest come to the the desk (from other side) not wearing the mask properly (he used it ON THE CHIN). Tried to remind him, he didnโt care. I was disappointed that the reception didnโt anything and still served him as if it very commonly happens. Also found guests smoking and chatting (of course no mask on) at the outdoor restaurant with no social distancing (I can tell they werenโt families). So in conclusion: hotel is fine, strategic location and worth the price yet if u worry abt covid19, donโt stay here.

GGuest UserCompared with domestic hotels, this price is relatively similar. There are shopping malls with food stores around, such as kfc, McDonald, subway, domino's pizza, etc. There are also many roadside snacks, but I haven't tried it.
Disadvantages: First, unlike in China, you can refill mineral water for free. Secondly, it seems that all hotel windows in Indonesia cannot be opened. Although there are windows, they are locked or there is no place to open them. In addition, the mosque is opposite the hotel. There are many prayer broadcasts at fixed times every day. At first, it was noisy, but itโs okay to get used to it. After all, this kind of prayer sound can be heard anywhere in Indonesia.
