The check in was very slow. Took more than 30 minutes and we weren’t in a line. She found it very difficult to take a couple different payments.
The room had no refrigerator (which the website claimed it did). No coffee pot in the room. Coffee in the lobby always had to be put in the microwave. Asked for room to be cleaned and not sure what they did beds weren’t even made.
The place is absolutely adorable and a great location but other than that doesn’t offer much.

This hotel was adorable, it's decor and country vibe was perfect! The porch with the rocking chairs was very inviting and lovely! The room and especially the bathroom were extremely clean! We had a very pleasant stay!

The facility was nice and clean, although a little dated. It was very quiet which I appreciate. What left something to be desired was the staff. When I arrived to check in there was a woman at the desk. She didn’t acknowledge me for a full 2 minutes while she was texting in her phone. The following evening, I went to the front desk to request some towels. She was there again, and this time I stood there for 3.5 minutes with no acknowledgement while she was texting on her phone. I finally said “thanks anyways” and walked away without being helped. Yes, she saw me both times as she did take 2 seconds to look up. She just couldn’t be bothered to stop her personal business and do her job. The gentleman at the desk for checkout was outstanding, friendly, and professional. Someone should address the older lady and her desire to play on her phone like a teenager instead of doing her job.
