The staff for breakfast in the morning she was definitely not very welcoming. i paid for breakfast that i ordered but didn't receive everything i ordered then told me she never heard me say it yet the price reflected it.

The view is of the highway or surrounding hotels from all rooms. There is mold in the bathroom due to no exhaust fans. The balcony is covered in moss and mold. The highway is noisy all night. The staff is rude and absolutely unaccomodating. A lot of the doors dont work with the keycards for the pool and outside entrances. Repairs and management are needed.

We were at the hotel for 5 nights. We had to go to the desk for fresh towels after 3 nights of use. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the desk for that as well. It was a busy college graduation weekend so I understand.

A wonderful hotel, everything was perfect! We loved the balcony area attached to our hotel room, and thought it was very unique considering how you don't typically see that a lot in this area. The pool room was wonderful; great temperature and very spacious. They have a gorgeous courtyard in the middle of the hotel with a fireplace too! Staff was very accommodating and always willing to help; a young man even helped assist us with extra pillows and access to the pool room. The only sort of off putting thing was on the morning of check out, housekeeping started knocking at like 10:45AM, 11:15AM, and then again around 11:45AM (three times) when check out time is Noon, so we sort of felt slightly rushed towards the end and we just hope that it was an isolated incident! Overall, wonderful experience and I looking forward to booking again!

The t v and phone did not work in our first room and dirty wash cloths were on top of the shower so we were moved to another room. That room didn't appear clean as there was a layer of dust on the bedroom lamp, the bed didn't seem made well, and the decor on the wall was coming off.
