The staff and the people in the rooms are excellent there are great people here that like to help families and the staff understands all situations we had a great stay and we plan to stay longer

I paid for 2 rooms for my colleagues' recent visit at Extended Stay. One guest was also charged with the card he provided for incidentals and we have been unable to correct the situation.
Will never book at this property again.

My husband and I were on our way to Maine for vacation and needed a halfway spot to sleep for the night. I read the reviews of this hotel and they didn’t seem too bad, so I booked for one night. The hotel is located near a bunch of run down hotels and we weren’t too sure we wanted to stay there. After check in, we realized that there are no extra amenities included. Luckily we had packed our own toiletries for our showers! We brought back leftovers from dinner and then realized even though they have a full kitchen, there are no dishes, glasses or silverware in the room. Not even a coffee maker. If we hadn’t just driven for 8 hours, I would have stayed at another hotel but luckily it was only for one night!

Lets start off by saying that the customer service and front desk staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Thats where the best part stops. The room was dungy and musty, the floors and chairs looked like they hadnt been vacuumed in a few days, the kitchen was a disaster zone, the piece of backsplash behind the sink was completely separated from the wall, the sink leaked and continued to leak all night making it hard to sleep and when the people walked around above us, it sounded like they were about to fall through the floor and when they ran their sink, ours leaked even more. The bathroom was so so, at least it looked clean and the bed was okay. It was such a bad experience that we checked out a day early and went and stayed somewhere else our second day. I would highly recommend avoiding this place.

They say complimentary breakfast i don't call coffee breakfast fire alarm went off at 5 in the morning i really was not happy with my stay
