Ryouri Ryokan Heisei

I went to eat crab on a day trip today. It was a course meal. The tagged Echizen crab was delicious. However, the crab for the shabu-shabu for the crab porridge and the other raw crabs didn't taste like crab at all. They were the worst crabs. When I explained when I paid, they said they would check with the kitchen. It's normal for a restaurant to contact you after checking, so I can't believe they didn't contact me and just ignored me. It was 22,000 yen and it was terrible. I'll never go again. Be careful everyone.

Today, February 11th, I went to Heisei Ryokan with my wife to eat crab for lunch. I go there for lunch about twice a year during the crab season. Heisei Ryokan is the third time to go last year and a few years ago. I received a phone call the day before, and they said that they would be waiting for me tomorrow, and the location was changed to a related hotel nearby last year. matter. I went to the hotel last year and rang the bell at the front desk many times. I thought I was stingy from the beginning. We then went to the Heisei Ryokan and were ushered into a small parking lot. The first thing that surprised me when I entered the room was how thin the crab was. I've been going to eat crabs for decades, but this is the first time I've had such poor quality. We've all finished eating, but I'm still not full. At the end, I asked for rice porridge, but it was a bad porridge because the soup stock didn't come out just by eating a few shabu-shabu. almost left. I will never go there again.

Better stop here. Cleaning is too sloppy. The way customers are treated is sloppy and looks down too much. Of the many inns I've stayed at so far, this is by far the worst! I don't think there will ever be another ryokan like this in the future. Inside the building, the rooms are full of dust. The toilet and sink in the room are dirty. No vacuum cleaner or dust cloth. The food is not delicious. It smells old. The number of items is small. Each item is poor. The food is very different from what is shown in the photo. The public bath was also dirty, and the hot water smelled like leftover water from home, not a hot spring ingredient, so I didn't go in. The dressing room smells of mold and is full of hair and body hair. When I asked the proprietress to look at the room and clean it, she apologized, and instead of reflecting, she didn't even look at the room and said, "I'm cleaning enough. Everything is clean." I don't say anything like that and use it silently." "Why are you saying that?" Of course, it wasn't cleaned. If you have any complaints about this, it's like telling you to go home quickly. The proprietress is the face of the ryokan, the command tower. That's it... I was made to feel painful when I hit a big loser ryokan. I will never go again.

I used this inn for Echizen crab, the king of Hokuriku winter tastes. The crab and other dishes were very delicious and voluminous, and I was very satisfied. The authentic Echizen crab was bigger than I expected and it was really satisfying to eat. I couldn't help but laugh at the sight of the whole family being silent while eating crabs. The hot spring is only an indoor bath, but I was surprised at the thick hot water. I really felt strange when I scooped it with my hands. After getting out of the bath, my skin felt smooth and nice. It was a pity that there was no open-air bath. There is an open-air bath in the hot spring attached to the nearby roadside station, so if you want to use the open-air bath, we recommend using that.
